We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and highly recommend this place. We felt right at home and we were very comfortable. The host provided every amenity you could think of. Communication with the host was always great, super responsive and friendly. My husband and I had the absolute best time and we will certainly be returning for our next trip to St Martin.

We stayed a week and definitely would return. Property had a beautiful view. Had everything we needed. Hosts were very attentive to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Alexandra's condo! The location was perfect and the unit came as described. Check in and check out was seemless! We have one issue with an air conditioner that was resolved very quickly! Could not have asked for a better stay! Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! The location was perfect, right on the beach and near so many amazing restaurants. Tibo was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made some delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend Tibo’s place!!

Francois is a wonderful host of a beautiful property. We had questions a few times and he was very quick to respond and help. We needed specific types of chargers in order to adapt our American devices to European outlets, and Francois went out himself to purchase them. Above and beyond!! His home is a great set-up with many nice amenities. A lovely property with fantastic views!! Thanks for everything Francois!!

this place is perfect in every aspect, it's convenient to food, nightlife, and the beach, also you can see the planes coming and going, very informative and easy to deal with, if and when I come here this will be the only place I stay.

We had a lovely time for a week here for the second week of our honeymoon. While certainly a bit rough around the edges, you can't get a better location and more beach bungalow vibes than here. For most of our stay there were only a handful of other people visible along the beach and we spent most days just at the bungalow, enjoying the beach and ocean, and some serenity. Lots of great restaurants and boutiques within 5 minutes walking. Tibo was a responsive host and was helpful while maintaining our privacy. If we come back to the island, we'll look to book this place again!

We enjoyed everything about the suite, especially the location to the beach and restaurants as well as a few stores. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions on dining. We like to travel around the island, so we rented a car, but you could get away with staying at this property and never having to leave to enjoy your vacation. Isabel was a gracious hostess, and we look forward to returning!

A modern furnished apartment with a beautiful view of Orient Bay. The kitchen is sufficient to make your own breakfast and the washing machine in the bathroom is also very helpful to quickly wash your clothes or beach towels. The property managers are super nice and helpful. A private parking lot is included with the apartment. The whole vacation home complex is very quiet and clean. The only thing you can hear is the sound of the sea...and that is heavenly. If I return to the island one day I will book this Airbnb again.

Wonderful place Great location 2 minutes from orient beach and lots of great restaurants Cathy met us and took us to the unit Great pool that never had anyone else in it Clean and peaceful Beach was awesome Highly recommend orange fever beach bar and jimmy great guy. Cheap beer and chairs and really good food. Close to many restaurants and a great pizza place BONA Mamma We will be back for sure. Could not have had a better experience

This place is beautifully decorated, steps from the beautiful beach and Thomas, the host is just the best.

Cléa’s house was the perfect place for us to stay as a family of four (kids ages 2 and 4). I looked at lots of places specifically looking for kid-focused accommodations like a pack-and-play and high chair, and kids toys. Cléa made sure we had everything we needed for the kids and ourselves. The house was lovely, very clean, and included thoughtful touches like drinks in the fridge and coffee in the pantry. The outdoor areas (outdoor living room and pool/deck were amazing). We will definitely stay here again if we’re in Saint Martin!

Loved our stay at Orient Bay. Beautiful and clean place right on the beach, very fairly priced. There are plenty of little restaurants in the courtyard outside which was so convenient and 5 minutes down the road was a supermarket. Would definitely definitely go back!!!

We very much enjoyed the location - quiet yet close to restaurants and grocery store. The in-unit pool is divine!

Melinda’s ocean front house is just as lovely as the pictures! The location is fantastic, and lots of exceptional restaurants are just a brief trek down the gorgeous beach. The house is generously appointed and had everything we needed. Getting in and out of the parking spots can be entertaining, but it became easier each time and we learned that drivers on the road would generally stop to allow us to back out safely. That being said, having a parking spot is a huge plus in Grand Case. We loved the orientation of the house because we could always find shade on our terrace, or choose full sun if we wanted it. The views are just wonderful to wake up to. Most of our interactions were with Melinda’s husband Ian, who was kind enough to meet us at check-in and to tour us through the house and explain various things to know. He was punctual, friendly, and a good communicator. In summary - A fantastic week! 5 stars all the way! We hope to return!!

Thibault was very attentive. Issue with safe and he was on it. 1st visit to Alamanda in 20 years. Lovely unit. Can’t beat location at the village. Easy walk to fabulous beach. Wonderful view, but need to trim bushes back to open up further. Everything You could possibly need in the unit. Description in right on. Thank you for opening your home to us. Where to start? Our stay at Eddy’s place was great! Eddy picked us up from the airport and we immediately felt like we had known him forever. He provided great information and we had a fun conversation during the drive. Such a friendly, easy going guy who is extremely helpful and responsive. The place was beautiful and had a private little beach. We rented a car from Eddy and our stay was very relaxing. My husband and I prefer a local place in the community vs condos or resorts. The location of the apartment was great within walking distance of great pubs and restaurants. We can only recommend Eddy and his apartments and will definitely stay here in the future should we come back to St Martin. ☺️ thanks Eddy!!

This was the second time we have rented this property. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable. The outside area is great with a private gate to access the beach. The surrounding area is incredibly beautiful: peaceful beach with no large resorts or high rises and steps to shops and restaurants. Pierre-Yves is a great guy who is very proactive, communicative and friendly. We will definitely be back!

We had a great 2 week stay. Veronique was an amazing host and was very helpful and kind. The accommodations were very peaceful and private. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants with everything you need close by. We highly recommend the accommodations and Veronique as a host. Will definitely be back soon!!

We didn’t want to leave. Tit’ Home is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. We loved it. It is a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, and a short drive to Grand Case, Cul-de-Sac, and other island areas. It was nice to venture out then return to our little oasis. Alan and Roxane were very responsive and helpful.
