Great comfortable stay with all the kitchen needs for making our breakfast and lunch. Would definitely stay again!

Isabelle was an excellent host. She was there when we arrived, she always responded immediately, had fabulous recommendations and connections on the island, and was flexible when we asked for an early check in and late check out. The refrigerator and cupboards were stocked with basics and treats. The apartment is sleek, white and comfortable with modern details and cleaver features. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Our stay was awesome. This was a family trip which included my husband and toddler. The space was perfect for the 3 of us and had a great view. It was literally just a few minutes walk to Mullet Bay beach and a few minutes car ride to restaurant and grocery store. The host at the front desk was amazing as well, made check in easy and was helpful if there were items we needed in the apartment. We would stay here again when visiting St. Maarten!

This place was just amazing all around. Enida was very quick to respond and give directions to get to this place. This place was very friendly area to stay. Everyone on the island was friendly to be exact. This location is within walking distance from the whole Maho beach area including shopping centers, restaurants, and the beach. I highly recommend this location and can’t wait to comeback. Felt just like home!

I really enjoyed Shanaan as a host and the accommodations were top notch! The location is a short walk from Maho beach (where you can capture the planes coming in 😍) and Mullet bay beach (one of the softest beach fronts!) The unit was impeccable, easy to access, and the information provided by Shanaan was detailed and very helpful for getting around the Island. The complex had amenities as well, pool, gym and security. Definitely 5 stars, and I am looking forward to coming back soon!

We had a great vacation at this condo. Clean, easy check in, beautiful beach and amenities. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Melonie was great to work with, very flexible.

Excellent Stay! Well-appointed studio provided my sister and I with everything we needed during our week stay, i.e., comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, powerful AC units, fishing gear, beach chairs, and even umbrellas! It felt like home. What's best is that it is set right on Maho Beach and the entertainment strip. The balcony allowed us to view the planes coming in and control noise when we wanted to because the balcony doors are soundproof. The grounds are immaculate. The balcony overlooks a vast garden and the pool/jacuzzi area. Dale and Joy were also very communicative and quick to respond to our many inquiries regarding excursions. We rented a vehicle for the trip, which they were also intricate in helping with. This was a partial business trip. Dale and Joy set us up with the premier Realtor on the island, which was also a wonderful experience. I will stay here AGAIN and AGAIN!

Shelly was fantastic, apartment was the best deal we could possibly hoped for, we wanted to stay in Cupecoy area so this location was perfect for us. It was four of us, we were able to sleep comfortably and fit all our clothes in the closet. From drying rack to floaters, we found everything we needed in the apartment.

This airbnb is amazing everything I needed was stocked in the place. The location was perfect centrally located and safe.! The pool, room and yard was clean and well kept. 10/10 review. The host was amazing.!

We had an absolutely perfect stay at this Airbnb. The welcome was warm and caring, with impeccable service. In addition, a nice surprise awaited us: a bottle of Ma Doudou rum offered for my boyfriend's birthday, a gesture that made our experience even more special! The place is ideal for a relaxing and authentic stay. We highly recommend this accommodation, it is a real gem! We will go back without hesitation.

The unit that we stayed in could not have been better for the 2 of us. We come to SXM quite often and watched this place being built and it was everything I envisioned…. Spotless……Comfortable….. and of course the view was 2nd to none. Jayne was so easy to deal with and described exactly how to handle the check-in and check-out….if people are looking to rent there I hope they don’t hesitate to jump on this unit because it is well worth it

Charonne’s place is amazing getaway spot! It’s perfectly located within walking distance of the best restaurants, bars, and attractions in Maho, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The space itself was exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Getting in and out was a breeze, and there were plenty of parking options for those looking to rent a car and venture further. What truly set this stay apart was Charonne’s hospitality. She went above and beyond, sharing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots and the best local dining. Her tips really made our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend staying here—you won’t regret it!

We stayed at Lia's place for a week. So glad we choose this home. The house was as described, very clean, well maintained and updated. Lia was very responsive if we had any questions. The property location is amazing and property grounds very well kept. You have the airport runway in the front and the beach in the back - Even with being that close to the airport, the airplane noise was not bothersome at all. The beach is very nice and there is a cute boutique hotel next door, Mary Boon's, that you can walk to for drinks and meals and to just hang out on the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lia's place and look forward to a future stay here again when on SXM.

Against place was beautiful and exactly like the photos! He was gracious enough to let us check in early and we were greeted with fresh coconuts!! The beds were super comfy and the pool/outdoor area is a dream at night with all the mood lighting. The villa is close to anything you need from beaches, bars, restaraunts, and grocery stores. there was never a moment that Alain wasn't responsive and helpful and I would 100% book this villa again. my only advice is to bring some OFF as the mosquitos all over the island are ravenous hahaha.

We had an amazing time staying in Mike's home. The house itself is clean, safe, and a perfect place to relax in the pool with a view. Michael was a great communicator leading up to the trip and gave us fantastic recommendations. Once we arrived, Peaches was there for us in everyway, constantly responsive to our questions and even picked up a lost item from a taxi for us! My biggest recommendation if you stay here is to rent a car, the house is a bit further back in a neighborhood ( makes for a nice and quiet area) but pretty difficult if you would like to walk anywhere. There are restaurants and bars just a few minutes away a long with a number of grocery stores. Driving to both Marigot and Phillipsburg only took around 15-20 minutes depending on traffic, so the house was in a great location to get around the island. Would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing stay! The views were amazing and everything was super close. The home looks exactly like the pictures and the host was more than accommodating!! You literally don’t need to look any further!

Eva was an amazing host and super responsive for the few things we needed; including suggestions for taxis, food, etc…. And the unit was gorgeous and very very well appointed. Amazing views and super quiet throughout the visit…. Simpson Bay had lots to do and great food and bars. My only recommendation outside of suggesting you stay with Eva is to make sure you get a car. We walked the entire week, which is doable, but in general Sint Maarten is not super walkable.

We had a wonderful time. The home is absolutely gorgeous, with a beautifully maintained pool that provided a perfect spot to relax. The location felt very safe, adding to our peace of mind throughout the stay. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this place to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway.

Romario was a wonderful host. He met us to tell us about the accommodations and give us information about our stay. It's a spacious and comfortable unit with really nice appointments for beds and baths. It has some stairs to climb (but they all do! :)). Easy to get to other places on the island from this spot. We were on the island to explore, but I can imagine it being a great spot to relax and spend time with a group, as it has a really great rooftop entertaining area!
