Apartment vacation rentals in Dawn Beach

We enjoyed everything about the suite, especially the location to the beach and restaurants as well as a few stores. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful with suggestions on dining. We like to travel around the island, so we rented a car, but you could get away with staying at this property and never having to leave to enjoy your vacation. Isabel was a gracious hostess, and we look forward to returning!

A modern furnished apartment with a beautiful view of Orient Bay. The kitchen is sufficient to make your own breakfast and the washing machine in the bathroom is also very helpful to quickly wash your clothes or beach towels. The property managers are super nice and helpful. A private parking lot is included with the apartment. The whole vacation home complex is very quiet and clean. The only thing you can hear is the sound of the sea...and that is heavenly. If I return to the island one day I will book this Airbnb again.

We absolutely loved our stay at the house! The location was perfect, right on the beach and near so many amazing restaurants. Tibo was very friendly and quick to respond to our messages. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we made some delicious meals during our stay. Highly recommend Tibo’s place!!

Firstly, let me just say that Shameeka is host extraordinaire! Very friendly, transparent, extremely helpful and respond promptly even before I confirmed my booking. I felt right at home. The accommodation is perfectly as described and , very well equipped ideally located, a 5-minute walk from the large hut and with a magnificent view of the bay from the terrace. smooth and easy exchanges with Dominique Recommended for a family stay.

What a great pick this unit Everything has been thought of for your vacation. The place was very clean. Kitchen had all dishes and cutlery you need. Comfy living room area with air conditioner that is extremely quiet. Bedrooms also have these quiet air conditioners. Bed was comfy and room curtains for darkness. Shampoo, conditioner and soap all there for you. There is also beach chairs and coolers and beach towels. Looked brand new. Even bath towels were thick and plush. Parking right outside the doors and always felt safe and secure. The pool area was lovely. Lounge chairs around pool and covered area to sit under if you want shade. There is a bbq right by your door also. I would not hesitate to recommend this place. It certainly makes for a better holiday if you are comfy and happy with your accommodations. Also communication with owner was quick and easy. You can tell the owners are great at what they do and take pride in their rental.

This property is a mobil home, it's small but for a party of 2 or a small family will be perfect. All appliances are included (fridge, microwave, hair dryer, kitchen, kettle, coffee maker, A/C). There is hot water and pressure is perfect. The rooms are small as the bathroom; but is a mobile home. Steven and partner were espectacular! We arrived on a late flight and the co-host, drove us to a near market to get groceries (It was past midnight) we appreciate that. The property is gated and the surroundings might seem dangerous but isn't at all. Everything is like a 30-40 minutes distance. Try local food is delicious.

The place is wonderful, you have peace that is important, you have everything you require at home, a cute balcony, comfortable beds, hot water, kitchen utensils and the super friendly and cute host for whatever you need, thank you for everything. I'll be back soon something else the beach is one of the best on the island.

I said four months ago I would return and here I am. Absolutely amazing place. I will return in another four months and will be coming rite back. Thank you so much for your hospitality and the rental.

Very nice, clean apartment in a beautiful location. Laurence and Alain were both helpful and responsive the few times we needed to reach out with a question. Having a secure garage to park in was also great; just make sure to rent the smallest car available because it's very tight. I would not hesitate to book again for my next trip to Saint Martin, and hope to in the future!

I am satisfied with my choice to stay at this accommodation. I was accompanied by my mother who needs ground level flooring ( no stairs) and my young children where safety is a priority (enclosed area). All amenities were clean and well provided (even upon request), amazing and caring host ! Location is easy to get to with car or bus. I had a car, so gas station and stores/supermarkets can be accessed within 5 minutes drive (depending on traffic teehee). thank you for taking care of us on Sint Maarten!

We LOOOOOVED our stay at Benjamin's place! It was beautiful, clean, spacious, view of ocean from our deck, and many details that didn't go unnoticed! Benjamin was helpful with everything we needed! We will definitely be renting again!

My family & I recently had the pleasure of staying in John’s beautiful oceanfront penthouse which happened to be an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, it had breathtaking views of the ocean stretching across the balcony. The condo was more than spacious which accommodated our party of eight. The penthouse itself is beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and amenities. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable, each with its own distinctive design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a gourmet meal. The bathrooms were large with plenty of space although we did have a small issue of not having access to one of the full bathrooms which was a little disappointing, however we were in & out exploring mostly and ended up sharing the bathrooms that we had. Overall, John’s condo is a true gem! We can't wait to return next year to create more wonderful memories with our family!

Isabelle was an excellent host. She was there when we arrived, she always responded immediately, had fabulous recommendations and connections on the island, and was flexible when we asked for an early check in and late check out. The refrigerator and cupboards were stocked with basics and treats. The apartment is sleek, white and comfortable with modern details and cleaver features. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Nice studio, I liked the fact that there are lots of restaurants at walking distance. Big swimming pool, and tennis court, quiet atmosphere. I felt save, traveling on my own. The bed and shower were good, and very well equipped modern kitchen. Very responsive host! Thanks!

As always, the penthouse is an incredible place to stay! We feel at home with all the great amenities and being right on the water is priceless. We can walk to so many places in Simpson Bay which makes it great to either walk or drive somewhere further.

10/10 Recommend booking your stay here. Amazing view! Extremely clean. Host is very responsive. We had an issue with the wifi and the host responded immediately and was there to fix the problem in 15 minutes. Also love the pool and hot tubs on the roof which you have access to at any time. The facility is also able to set up a taxi arrangement to get you to wherever you please.

We had a great 2 week stay. Veronique was an amazing host and was very helpful and kind. The accommodations were very peaceful and private. Easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants with everything you need close by. We highly recommend the accommodations and Veronique as a host. Will definitely be back soon!!

We had a great experience staying at the Perch. The view is beautiful and it is extremely quiet and private - just what we were looking for. Though remote, it was only a few minutes from the Marigot and Grand Case areas with restaurants as well as some local beaches. We were able to hike Pic Paradis right from the Perch and saw some wildlife along the way. Tess and Hugh left some good recommendations for us and were very responsive during our stay. They invited us to dine at their resort with a private chef and organized a massage for us. On the last night of our stay, they even came over to help us evict a very large (but harmless) spider from our living room. We can’t speak too highly of them as hosts. Highly recommend the Perch!
