House vacation rentals in Dartmouth

I booked CJ’s place last minute for member of our company’s upper management team. He went above and beyond for us given the tight timeline, was very attentive, provided clear instructions and was more than willing to help with unforeseen circumstances. My team had nothing but phenomenal things to stay about not only the property, but the property owner as well. We give a glowing recommendation for anyone interested in this property in the future

We had 7 people travelling together and this place had all the room and amenities we needed. Big kitchen to cook in, great common area to relax in together and a fabulous view of the lake. It was early in the season so too cold to use the pool but it looked like it would be great. Thanks for having us!

We had a beautiful stay! The house is more than what we could have imagined. It was clean, fully stocked with everything we needed and very private. The host was very quick to respond and helpful during the check in/out process! We would definitely recommend.

We stayed with as a family of 4 for two nights - our 2 little girls loved the comfiness and coziness of Kelly's place - full of fluffy pillows, blankets, and lots of little places to snuggle in. There was a nice big kitchen to cook in, and the hot tub and pool were awesome. We would stay here again :)

Quiet peaceful setting, with a very communicative host. She was just upstairs, so close by, if we needed anything. The place is well laid out and was easy to get into, and she had some nice touches, including a welcome note, and muffins, warm from the oven. I also like it when a host acknowledges why you are in town - makes the relationship more personal, which is a win-win. Will definitely book again.

The house was peaceful, spacious, and amazingly clean. Was a mini vacation for my family and a treat to my mom is dying with cancer 💞

This house is beautiful I’m very happy to have used your space to get ready for my wedding, the hot tub was a great way to relax the night before the wedding. Highly recommend

We were celebrating a 50th birthday with a spa day nearby. The 4 bedrooms was a dream! The house had all we needed and then some. The host was amazing from beginning to end. Responsive. Proactive. Friendly. We spent 2 stormy nights and we're cozy the whole time. Thanks for the great weekend.

The spot was perfect for us, a great little cottage by the lake. The lake was gorgeous! Chris was very responsive for all of our changes in schedule and questions we had and even left us a little welcome gift of some snacks and drinks. It was incredible and we would stay there again! also it is much closer to Halifax than you think! Turn on tolls when looking because everyone uses the toll bridge and it's just 1.25$ at time of writing and it saves 20 minutes to get into Halifax!

This was a great place to stay, our family had the best time. Listing photos and description are very accurate. Our favourite was the hot tub, ocean views and playing many of the games that were there. Beds and pillows were very comfy ; quiet and peaceful location. Host was responsive to questions. Lots of little towns close by to explore for daytrips.

The accommodation was as described. It was spacious and very well equipped with comfortable dining, seating and bedroom areas. The location was convenient for accessing the highway , the Eastern Shore and Halifax . Grocery, fuel and restaurants were nearby as were walking trails. I would definitely stay again.

My friends and I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautiful location, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The location was perfect for our surf trip in Lawrencetown and the house was perfect for a larger group. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Our stay at Terence Bay was incredible. The location is stunning—right on the beach with beautiful views of a lighthouse. My kids loved being able to climb on the rocks, go hiking along the seashore and even find sea glass right in the backyard! We couldn’t have asked for more and my family didn’t want our time to end! The property was spotless and even better than the pictures. Our two kids especially loved the bunk bed room. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was pure bliss. Danielle, our host, was fantastic—always helpful and attentive. You could tell that she genuinely cared about us having a great trip. She offered us tips and help when needed. We’ll definitely be recommending this spot to our friends and family.

Host is super responsive and helped us with fast and early check in. Huge help there! Location is as perfect as it can be. Quiet area and my kids enjoy the trampoline. Get some hot tea or coffee and sit on the large deck and watch your kids jumping on trampoline. This is the vacation we need. Close to Sobeys / gas station and easy to get on highway to all attractions. We would like to come back again next time we visit Halifax.

Beautiful clean place. Lots of room for all of us. We were able to have family dinners after our work days. He keeps it immaculately clean. Ruilin is very responsive and kindhearted. A great place - quiet neighbourhood and perfect if you have to be at the exhibition center. Thank you for the amazing stay and the gift of your house. We appreciate you.

My mother and I stayed at Mairi’s place, and we absolutely loved it! The house is really unique and special, and we loved the layout! Loved that the results of books and games to choose from, lots of comfortable outdoor seating, and the area is beautiful Highly recommend, checking it out!

Feedback from the group: Very homey and well-kept. Very easily accessible to downtown Halifax. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend! Ditto, it was a very warm, spacious and inviting stay. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect, especially for those who didn’t have a rental car and didn’t mind a quick walk centrally to downtown Halifax 😉. Host also left some goodies for us (chips, chocolate, pasta and sauce), which was a nice touch. We felt right at home!
