Vacation rentals with a kayak in Cutchogue

Service was great. Upstairs bathroom is a little dated and traffic outside is a bit noisy, but otherwise great spot and value.

Jim’s place was great, with plenty to see in the area. We ended up spending most of the time enjoying the little beach and kayaks. Very cute house with plenty of room and we’ll stocked kitchen. The grill made for a perfect Labor Day cookout looking out at the water. Would stay again.

Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

My family had a wonderful time at Robert’s home. The house was clean and cozy and the view of the water was peaceful. He was super communicative and friendly and check in/out was a breeze. The house is in a great area and super close to East Hampton, Amagansett, and Montauk. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and accommodations for extended family to stay for a college graduation weekend! Clean, spacious and well appointed. Nice views and enjoyed using the kayaks on the bay. Garon’s responsiveness and communication were excellent.

Our stay at the house was wonderful experience. Our host Michael whom fortunately we met personally is one of the nicest person you’ll encounter in life. The surrounding and the grounds were so beautiful that you will enjoy when you stay at that house. Many thanks to our host and his well managed house. The place is very close to all lovely restaurants, shopping areas, etc. We all highly appreciated and recommend to stay at this place for any occasion and vacation. We loved it. Redefines “fully stocked” - David’s place had everything we could ask for. The water at high tide was magical. Kayaking, fishing and we found over 100 (literally) hermit crabs.

Meredith’s cottage in Jamesport is the perfect North Fork getaway—spacious yet quaint, with incredible charm. The beach views are spectacular, offering peaceful sunrises and relaxing evenings. Meredith was a fantastic host—super attentive, thoughtful, and made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better: quiet and serene, yet close to everything from wineries and farm stands to local restaurants. It’s a quintessential North Fork home, and we can’t wait to return.

Annalise’s cottage is secluded, and right over the water of Long Island Sound. Glorious view of the sunset, yet still very private. It’s tucked away on a small peninsula, facing NW, and only 10 minutes from I-95 and downtown Guilford. It was very clean and tidy, not cluttered at all. Everything worked as advertised, and Annalise and her husband were very responsive to questions. We had a wonderful stay! We’ll be back!

A house on the water in beautiful Milford, CT, this was a great place to stay during Easter break. Clean, well stocked and cozy, I'd recommend this place for a lovely beachfront getaway.

We enjoyed our stay! Such easy access to the beach was so convenient. You’re definitely better off venturing out after high tide to enjoy the most amount of beach and there are a lot of shells that make being barefoot challenging. We did arrive after major storms which could have contributed to that. The house was spotless with everything you need to be comfortable! We did not utilize the outdoor space but definitely would have if the weather was drier! Definitely would stay here again.

This cute, comfortable and sun-filled cottage was perfect for our needs, and close to where our son lives, which was great! Everything was just as pictured, super clean, beautiful main bathroom, very well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and tons of storage in master bedroom. Living room was spacious and comfortable and everything was nicely decorated. We took advantage of the kayaks, and the backyard grill, and the yard is gorgeous! We walked every morning. Catherine was helpful, responsive and flexible throughout our stay, and we are already making plans to return next year!

Nice and quite. Cabin like feel. Great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
