Jaimie has a lovely home!! Stunning views and super clean. Everything that we needed was provided and more!! Jaimie was always quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful stay and hope we can stay again soon!

Wonderful house, location and host! We have stayed in many homes and hotels in Jacksonville Beach due to appointments at the Mayo Clinic and Michelle’s house is a stand out. Quiet neighborhood. Huge and immaculate back yard. Lovely to hear the ocean from the large screened front porch. Clean and spacious rooms. Michelle was in contact with all necessary information and checked in to make sure we were happy. Thank you for a very pleasant and relaxing stay!

The house was in the perfect location. Less than 5min walk to the beach. 10min walk or less to stores and restaurants. The place was super clean and welcoming. Great amenities as well. We had more than enough bath towels and beach towels to include accessories (chairs, umbrellas, toys etc.) My personal favorite was taking a solo bike ride around the neighborhood. It was always peaceful and felt safe. Even on Saturday when the roads were full of vehicles parking for the beach access it still didn’t fell overcrowded. This place is definitely one to remember and I look forward to booking again.

This place is magical! The cottage is a mix of old and new, very clean, comfortable beds, linens and pillows. The location is exceptional. The beach is very private and pristine. A great place to relax and chill. St. Augustine attractions are not far away and there is a Publix grocery and liquor just down the road. They have everything you forgot to bring! At this price point you can’t go wrong. Not fancy but ticks all the boxes. I will be back!!!

We loved our stay at JAX Beach. This was the perfect spot to relax, go to the beach, explore & enjoy amazing sunrises. We will be looking to stay again in the future.

I had an emergency, and needed a place quickly - Justin was able to accommodate faster than anyone else. He is very approachable and easy to talk to, and the place is great. We had a pup with us, and I'm not even sure HE could tell other dogs had been there! 10/10 recommend, the location is great, pool is welcoming, and the cabana gives it a certain ambiance you won't find many places. I give it my seal of approval!

A home away from home! Ryan is an incredible host & his property was perfect! House was super clean, had everything we needed and more! Perfect location to the beach, local restaurants and stores. We love Jax Beach can’t wait to stay again! Thanks Ryan!

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

We loved our stay in SSI! The house was perfect for our family. My kids didn’t want to leave! This house is in the best location. Lots of walkable restaurants! Beach is very close as well. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach everyday. One of our favorite beach spots for far! We will be back. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The heated pool was the highlight of the property. The location was fantastic, with many restaurants nearby and just a short walk to the beach. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and Brian and Ashley were fantastic hosts, always responsive to our questions. Was definitely one of our favorite places we have stayed in! The house was clean, spacious and provided lots of entertainment. We loved the backyard including the pool, corn hole boards and especially the ping pong table. The owners seem to have thought of everything. Communication was simple and easy. Can’t recommend enough. We went on family vacation with 6 adults, 1 baby and 2 small dogs. Plenty of room for all. Great water pressure for showers and plenty of hot water for all. Kitchen with bar area up to date and spacious. Thank you for making our place to stay safe and highly enjoyable!! Hopefully we can return one day.

What a beautiful beach house! Was great for 3 generations - deck, fire-pit, well appointed garage with beach chairs, sand toys and boogie boards + beach right outside your door were all standouts. Really gorgeous setting.

Karen communicated as expected. The property was as described. It was clean and organized.

We had a terrific week staying as a family in this place. 6 adults and an infant, everybody had plenty of space and privacy but was also able to comfortably hangout in the living areas. The beach is amazing and the large table and grill in the backyard were perfect for enjoying family meals. We really appreciated how responsive you were to our needs. Great communication when we had a little trouble with the Airbnb App itself, and the early check-in and late check-out ended up being handled easily. Thanks again!

We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Well kept, quiet area and minutes from the beach with many other activities to do. Very spacious and clean. If we ever go back we would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay on Amelia Island staying at Guest Cottage. The quick walk to the beach was even better and more convenient than expected. The property was beautiful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. Just a quick drive to everything the island had to offer.

Had an amazing stay. The house is a total vibe. I felt like I was in Costa Rica - the hot tub is amazing surround by fresh Jasmine. I would highly recommend :) also dog friendly and the hosts went above and beyond. Can’t wait to go back for my staycation.

This place was all we could've hoped for and everything was great! check in, communication, all of it. we will definitely be booking again if we make it back down to Florida!
