Perfect home for families and couples. Two first floor bedrooms with private en-suite baths and a spacious second floor room with four twin beds. Central air and hardwood floors throughout. Large yard with mature gardens, deck, and outdoor dining table. Head to one of the Cape’s nicest beaches with the landlord pass to private Dowses Beach. Or walk into town to the upscale Main Street dining and shops of Osterville Village. We’re glad to have you any time of year.

Welcome to our Craigville retreat, close walk (0.3 mi) to one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. We are close to other beaches, ferry to Islands, food, hiking/kayaking/biking, Melody tent. You’ll love it because of the location and lots of natural light. If you want to stay in-enjoy private fenced backyard w/ fire pit, porch furniture and a hammock. Stocked with all you need to relax. No need to worry about beach parking as this 2 bedrm, one bath unit is just steps to a private beach as well as Covell's and Craigville Beaches. Quick drive to Hyannis, Osterville, and the ferries. New kitchen for 2024! Private (not shared) yard, outdoor dining area with grill, and outdoor shower. This is one half of a duplex. Please message for information on renting both units at the same time (they sleep 9 total). Linens and bath towels are provided.
