Rico was such an amazing host! The place itself was so clean and we felt right at home. Quiet neighborhood and kind neighbors. Would definitely stay here again!

Andrea's property was lovely and very inviting. We enjoyed our short stay there and would stay there again. The bed and sofa bed were both comfy and with the space heater (winter stay), the temperature was just right. There was even a vacation kitty that came to say hello each morning! All in all, we would definitely return!

Very nice place, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Outdoor space was very nice. It was close to the airport and not far from Disneyland which was part of our reasons to visit. We also visited Huntington Beach which was less than an hour from this home. Will definitely stay here again when we visit next time.

We will be coming back to this beautiful home. And surprisingly, it was even better in person. It had everything we needed and Janey and Anthony were kind and very helpful. 5 star review!

My girls and I really enjoyed our stay! Very peaceful atmosphere, exactly what we needed & what we were looking for. Only complaints is we couldn’t experience the waterfall (would have made my daughter’s bday even better) & also the pool heater. This prevented us from using the pool at night (water was cold) we would have LOVED using the pool from morning till night to take full advantage of the beautiful pool but like they mentioned, it’s expensive to maintain, so I def understand.

Beautiful and cozy home! My family and I felt super comfortable and had a great time. The pool, pool table and beautiful interior of the house made for a great vacation stay. Tim was very responsive with great recommendations and was on top of any questions I had. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect stay for my needs. Private and quiet yet close to everything I needed and anything I could want. Jonny was very nice and helpful and the place was very clean and super cute. I love the little kitchen - so tiny but large appliances and fully functional. It makes me want a small house. I will definitely stay here again.

A great stay at a place that was exactly as advertised. The location allowed me to get into LA easily without paying LA prices. It also avoided the traffic going into LA. Space was as shown in the pictures and the instructions provided by Rex made perfect sense and made it easy to come and go. Parking was right outside the unit.

Comfortable bed, good wifi speed, garage availability. Very responsive host, who followed up quickly on the only real issue we had [TV connection problem]. The property was clean and functional, but is showing signs of age - host was made aware of some small problems that need attention. Still, recommended if the location in West Covina works for you.

Great place for a weekend getaway. Great location as well for where we needed to be. The house was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. Glory was a great host, friendly and responsive to messages. I’d recommend Glory and her home for anyone looking in LA County. Thanks again for having us!

The house was great, and the location was very quiet. It was close to the freeway so getting around was easy. We needed a place we could cook and sleep while visiting family in Monrovia, so didn’t spend much time in the area of the house, but it gave us a nice home base. There weren’t dishwasher pods when we arrived, so Katie ordered some and they arrived the next day. Very responsive! Parking was behind a locked gate which made things feel safer.

We are so thankful to have spent a few weeks at Iveth's place! Not only it it new, it's beautiful and so close to my kid's school. We're still displaced from the Eaton Fires, and Iveth was so helpful. He was able to arrange a few dates, so we as a family could stay at the house for 2 consecutive weeks. We wish we could've stayed longer!

Wonderful clean home in a quiet neighborhood. The home is clean and well appointed and the host is very communicative. We enjoyed the pool and there were restaurants, stores, and hiking trails closeby. We would happily come back!
