Waterfront vacation rentals in Costa Rei

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. What a gorgeous place to stay! We chose the location because it looked peaceful, away from the busy city, and near to the water. It was exactly what we wanted - waking up to the sound of the sea, and stunning sunsets on the balcony. It felt very private with lots of places to sit depending on your mood - sun loungers, shaded balconies, outdoor table, or a comfy sofa inside. Everything you need is just a short drive away, and we parked in the large train station car park when we visited Cagliari - 15 Euros all day, pay at the machine. There are loads of lovely sandy beaches heading East along the coast, from 10 to 40 mins away, with free parking. The house was spacious, spotlessly clean and smelled wonderful! The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were dark with the shutters closed. The hot tub was really nice, comfy, everything worked, and we loved watching the sunset from there. Taty & Luca were outstanding hosts, thank you so much for everything!

It was a great pleasure to spend a week in the beautiful apartment. Everything matched Vera's description. The apartment is in a quiet location, has everything you need, and above all, I would like to emphasize the cleanliness and the fantastic location by the sea, including sea views. Vera's friendly manner and her helpfulness with any questions or her tips for excursions were also great. Overall, a very nice and highly recommended stay. Thank you, Vera! :-)

This was a business trip for us and the venue was comfortable and clean. Our hosts were responsive to enquiries. We hadn’t remembered the additional charge for use of the 2nd bedroom and that we needed to pay cash. It was difficult to find an ATM with cash

We had a fabulous few days staying in Massimo’s apartment. It’s on the very elegant Piazza Carmine with wonderful views over the tree-lined square from the rooms. The location was perfect - close to the station (it’s only 6 minutes by train to the airport) and within easy walking distance of everywhere we wanted to visit in Cagliari. The are many restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets nearby. The apartment itself was perfect - high ceilings, spacious rooms, tall windows/doors opening onto the balcony, stylish furniture and a very comfortable bed. I highly recommend staying here.

Insanely great location, right on the beautiful sandy beach. There were three of us there and everyone had their own room. The balcony is certainly the highlight of this place.

We had a great time at Giulia’s. Right in the center of Cagliari. She and her sister were very communicative and forth coming with information and recommendations. Would love to come back!

Quiet and fantastically located house near the beach. Very clean and lovingly furnished. Very fast and friendly contact. Fantastic to have a good time in the south of Sardinia.

We had a great time and we would go back. For two, the cottage was a wonderful size, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April, the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool had already opened. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and so it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it will be a bit livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk to the beach easily, but it is very steep. I wouldn't push a full stroller up. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and reacted immediately when we suddenly had no more water. Thanks again ☺️

A beautiful stay! The house is actually even more beautiful than in the photos. Alessia welcomed us warmly (including Sardinian specialties) and gave us many great tips on excursions, restaurants and shopping opportunities. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very family friendly, with toys, extra blankets and everything you need. You can tell right away how much love is in every detail. When the kettle didn't work on arrival, Alessia brought a new one the next morning. Very accommodating! The garden invites you to linger, including charcoal grill and foosball. Many thanks to Alessia, Christian and Daniela – we felt like family, incredibly comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the place! A presto! Tip: The property is about 30 minutes from Cagliari airport. Ideal starting point to explore Sardinia with a rental car.

Very nice house, right on the beach! The house is rather simply equipped, but with everything you need (coffee maker, freezer,...). The clear highlight is definitely the location: from the terrace or also from the bedroom window you look directly at the sea. From there, it's just a few steps into the water - wonderful! Also very practical is the fenced outdoor shower after bathing. Federica always responded quickly, so we felt well looked after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Our tip for arrivals: We definitely recommend taking the route via the coastal road from Cagliari airport by car and not through the mountains (because this is extremely curvy, as we found ^^). In addition, the road is not paved at the last meters to the house. It's probably worth a bit of an off-road car if you rent one (where we've also mastered it with a Fiat Panda).

House where we left our heart, it was like being at home, equipped with every comfort, furnished with love and really equipped with everything, even hair straightener and everything you need for the kitchen oil,salt,etc… the coffee machine with pods, and accessories for the beach (umbrellas for those who don't have them and toys for children) house near the center about 10 minutes walk (but we always moved by car) but away from the chaos, reserved parking inside the garage very convenient because around the parking lots are impossible to find. The house is beautiful with 3 very comfortable bathrooms, both the one in the garage and the one in the bedroom. Impeccable cleanliness. What can I say about Davide and Alessia, very kind people who welcomed us warmly, even letting us find drinks in the fridge and welcome sweets. Always available I highly recommend this house to those who want to stay in this area. I challenge you to find better.

We stayed in Notteri for a week with four people in July. The house is just gorgeous. The view from the roof terrace, which is accessible via a beautiful tower (exciting for children), is beautiful. The house is very spacious, the beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is only one filter coffee machine, but we always take our Senseo with us anyway. Dish soap, sponge, dish towels, dishwasher with pods for the beginning - all provided. There are plenty of adapters for the electrical appliances and some board games. The courtyard is large and well shaded. Very well maintained outdoor area. Raffaelle (the 'caretaker‘) was very accessible and helped immediately. The only thing we missed was air conditioning. It got very hot in the bedrooms, but it was also very hot at 38 degrees in our time. There's mosquito repellent for every window. All in all, the house is highly recommended!

Riccardo’s home was perfect for our family. Gorgeous views right on the beach, in a quiet neighborhood. He was very responsive and provided lots of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

We were warmly welcomed by Monica and she also showed us everything important about the apartment. From the balcony of the apartment, you have a beautiful view of the sea and in general, it is very well located to reach restaurants or other things on foot. Overall, I can recommend the apartment to everyone, as it was also clean and cozy. If

Chris was very accommodating and informed us well from the beginning. Even when I wanted to know more about the area, he was able to give me information. He was always easy to reach and they welcomed us in a friendly manner. The place had everything we needed and was equipped with coffee and a bottle of water when we arrived. Friendly neighbors and a short walk to the beach. We will certainly come back. We were able to immediately switch off from everyday stress and just enjoy. The restaurant "L'aragosta", which is 10 minutes away, is highly recommended. It is also great that the supermarket is a few minutes' walk away and it has a shaded, private parking lot on the premises.

We were more than happy with our stay! Marina and her husband are incredibly nice and hospitable – we were very warmly welcomed and felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment was super clean, tidy and furnished with a lot of love for detail. We were particularly enthusiastic about the fantastic view of the sea – simply priceless! We highly recommend the property and would be happy to come back.

The host was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She knew we would be tired after the Chia run and, since she was nearby in Pula, she immediately called and offered to pick us up by car. She also kindly offered us a throw to use on the beach after we checked out, as we wanted to relax there until it was time to catch our bus. The bedroom doesn't have a heater, so it can feel colder compared to the living room. However, the location is fantastic—very close to the beach and surrounded by beautiful spots. The walk along the Strada Romana toward Chia was absolutely amazing. Heads-up for travelers without a car: there’s no supermarket in Pinus Village. If you need any supplies, you’ll have to arrange a ride to Pula. Buses are there but the frequency is quite limited. ( use app “ DropTicket” to avoid paying more onboard ).

Great apartment for families or couples of friends: 3 rooms, two bathrooms. Clean apartment with parking. Useful for those who want to use Cagliari as a base and then visit the surroundings. Very pleasant stay. Accurate and punctual host in his responses.

Great apartment, which I highly recommend. The location is excellent, within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and centrally situated. The apartment itself was super quiet, clean, and very comfortable. We stayed for four nights, and it was perfect for our needs. There’s a grocery store and coffee shop right across the street, and a pizza place next door for a quick snack if you don’t want to go far. The host was quick to respond and super helpful, providing fantastic beach recommendations, both local and one that was worth driving to. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely stay again.

Mariano’s is an excellent host, welcomed us when we arrived and showed us everything in the airbnb. The beach is right around the corner, grocery store and pharmacy is very close as well, about 10 minute walk or less. Mariano went above and beyond and drove to the airport to drop off my wallet that i forgot without me asking :) 10/10 would book again.
