Vacation rentals with a patio in Costa Rei

Very clean and comfortable apartment Leonida & Stefania were so helpful and very responsive at anytime, the apartment is really matching the photos in the description, lots of parking spots near to the apartment ( paid with very good price ) , it was pleasure staying and communicating with Leonida & Stefania , recommended.

Emanuele is super friendly and always available. We enjoyed the holidays. The place is great. Shops are nearby and the center is lively. We'll go back.

We stayed with Federica for 2 weeks. The apartment is newly renovated, very clean and cozy. It is a great location, very central but still quiet. We felt very comfortable, would be happy to come back. Claudia, Federica's girlfriend was very quick to respond to our questions, she and Federica are very helpful . This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

The stay in the apartment was really something special! It looks even more beautiful than in the photos and is super well maintained. On foot you can reach pretty much everything you want to see in Cagliari. Restaurants and shopping street are also within walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away. Communication was super nice and flexible. Only the scent inside the living room takes some getting used to - maybe a little too much room fragrance. The parking situation is a bit difficult on site, but with patience you always find something. :)

We found what suited us... Andrea and Amalia's house is a little paradise perched on a hill... quiet... the pool is very nice and very clean. We were received very warmly by the owners... in short we had a great week in peace... there are plenty of things to discover in this region... we are under the spell

The check-in instructions including video were very clear and easy to understand. The private parking lot, which is located behind the fence in the complex, is a big plus. The parking space was good for our Seat Leon. The center and supermarkets are also within walking distance, and the beaches in the area are quickly accessible by car. The apartment was clean and we liked the very well-equipped kitchen and the great view from the balcony! The washing machine with clothes rack and air conditioning make the beach vacation very comfortable! We had a very nice stay at Lidia's apartment and recommend it to the family as well!

The family vacation at this vacation rental was excellent. Erika's check-in instructions were accurate, very easy to find the exact location. Erika provided us with plenty of information about sights to see, restaurants. The cottage is in a very good location, very pleasant to stay in, well-equipped and very close to the beach. It was lovely.

We carried out a lot of research before settling on Casa Delle Sirene. What a find! It was exactly as described and pictured, beautiful inside and out with its own private parking space. It had lovely private gardens with lovely flora and fauna. Inside was spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped throughout . The beds were very comfortable and the pillows (which we are very particular about) were the best we’ve ever had whilst away from home, making for very good nights sleep. The kitchen served its purpose perfectly and the showers were great. There was always plenty of hot water. We had a couple of issues where we needed to contact our host. The electric tripped after a thunderstorm which our host sorted very quickly, and we also had a WiFi outage but again the host sorted swiftly. The apartment is only a 50m walk away to a beautiful sandy beach and only a short walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. Perfect location, and accommodation and is highly recommended.

Very pleasant stay in a house that completely matches the listing (spaces are even larger than they appear in photos). Lorenzo is very responsive and offers good advice!

We had a perfect time even in off-season period in november.

The view from the terrace is beautiful and the terrace is furnished in such a way that you can sit there and enjoy it. The apartment is very well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The communication with Paola was excellent. The place is very quiet in winter, that the supermarket and restaurants are closed, Paola told us beforehand.

Great stay value for money, with everything you might need! spacious bedrooms. Diego answered our queries promptly. I recommend his place for your stay in the south of the island, in a quiet little town.

We had a wonderful time with the family at this very nice quiet home! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is breathtaking and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cabinets are very well stocked... it really feels like home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and very good tips so we could have a nice stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

It’s a cute little private house surrounded by greenery and a lot of outdoor space. It’s 10 min drive away from the airport and 20 min drive away from Cagliari. We had a great stay! Paolo is a great host!

We were a family of four, staying here in April. Check-in was smooth, Maria and Frederico met us at the agreed time to welcome us in and show us around. The apartment was perfect for us, has a great view and had all the amenities we needed to make our stay comfortable and trouble free. Great location, walking distance to local shops and restaurants. There is a parking space included, but need to be careful as there is a steep ramp at the entrance. Rather then take the risk of damaging our hire car we decided to park on the road out side the apartment - we had no issues doing this. A lot of thought has gone into preparing the apartment for guests. We enjoyed our time here and would come again.

The rooftop terrace was the ultimate. Really great. We had breakfast and bathed there. Marwan was always available for big and small questions. There was nothing missing in the apartment! We got the coffee right vis a vis, was very convenient!

Great, spacious and above all modern AirBnB that we would recommend at any time. The place is really stocked with everything you might need. Silvia is also easily accessible and responded to some of our requests. Regarding the location, you probably need a car - but then Cagliari, many beaches or hiking trails can be reached quickly. So you live quite quietly and at the same time can quickly reach many attractions. We loved it!

Lovely,clean apartment for a short stay and exploring the city. Located in the very center in a historic building with a large terrace overlooking the port. I definitely recommend staying in Cagliari.

A very successful stay! Very quiet place, comfortable equipment, very clean, pleasant communication with Marcantonio. A wonderful place, well-equipped kitchen if you want to cook for yourself. Clean and well-maintained pool. Superb beach indicated by Marcantonio. Responding to checkout: we were allowed to stay a little longer but we had another rental to follow. Thanks for the wine and homemade olive oil.

We felt very comfortable. The apartment was as described and is very lovingly decorated. In the kitchen there was everything you need (including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, rags, detergent, etc.)! The communication was very friendly. We highly recommend a stay.
