We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and tidy. The location was very quiet and peaceful yet very accessible to the local shops and restaurants, and an excellent jumping off point for visiting nearby sights like the national park. Recommended.

This place is a gem and I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone (individual, couple, family with kids). It is a newly built space, that is impeccably clean, has all the amenities and a responsive host who was quick to answer any questions (including to help us identify wildlife we had seen). The kitchen has all the goodies you could need and the peaceful surroundings were one of the most memorable parts of our entire trip. If you want to sit in a lovely hot tub and enjoy an incredible sky with no neighbors or annoying lights - this is the place!

We stayed with Joanne and Bill in the spring of 2021 and knew we had to go back some day. We got married last week and stayed again for our honeymoon. The property is the most unique and artistic we've ever booked, and the hosts are an inspiring and welcoming couple, making a beautiful life in the middle of nowhere. See Mesa Verde. See Hovenweep. See Canyon of the Ancients. We can't recommend this stay enough.

The tiny home was perfect for my short stay. It was so peaceful sitting outside with my book and coffee. The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked too. (Pro tip: there aren’t any blinds on the windows up where the bed is so block them with pillows/cushions if you want to sleep in).

This amazing home was wonderfully comfortable and immaculately clean! Everything you need to have a great stay in the charming town of Dolores is on offer at this house. The delightfully comfortable beds, sofa’s, and dining areas made for a very enjoyable visit. The thermostat controlling with gas fireplace for heat was charming and gave the house a cozy, eclectic vibe that we sure found welcoming. Hope to stay here again in the future!

Love this place! So private, such a view. Fire-pit overlooking mountains sitting on a perch. Such a treat to stay on a property this large, and to have it all to yourself. I'm a city dweller so this is very special to me. Dan was super helpful throughout. House was very well sorted out, all the things you need were there. Would definitely come again.

The pictures online don’t do it justice. It is very spacious for a family of 7. We wish we could take the house with us to our hometown. Cami thought of everything you could need with very clear instructions of where things are at. We had everything we needed to cook meals including basic condiments and seasonings. The kids were entertained with the outdoor and indoor games - we weren’t expecting all of the outdoor stuff so they were a great surprise that we all enjoyed a lot. We felt right at home and hope to go back again because we loved it so much. The best part was the location - it was so peaceful and great for stargazing at night, and close to landmarks to visit and explore.

This house is spacious and great for a family of six. We were really impressed with the nice and clean kitchen. There are plenty of supplies on the kitchen, bathroom and laundry areas. There is a nice backyard with a grill and a deck, where you can sit to enjoy a quiet afternoon. It also has a garage and we were able to park our vehicle inside ( which was great because there was a snowstorm during our stay) The location is good, in a nice neighborhood, and at short distance from supermarkets and restaurants (our family highly recommends the Thai place, the food flavors are amazing!). We highly recommend this place for a cozy and wonderful stay!

Marianne is a gracious host. We felt like family. Her communication was amazing and never felt like a bother when we had to ask questions. She embraced our 4 crazy kiddos and we had a great time!! Would definitely come back.

The Old Orchard House is a great place to stay. You couldn't get a better patio and yard - fenced - to enjoy your time in. The place is always neat and clean and has all the amenities you need. And we love the area. Julia and Jon are great hosts - very responsive and flexible and reacting to whatever we need.

This gem of a cabin was perfect for my husband and I to get away for relaxation and being refreshed. Very comfortable, in beautiful surroundings, quiet, well designed and supplied, yet close enough to be able to go see other places nearby (like Mancos and Dolores). The weather cooperated for a mid-July stay. Chelsea did a fantastic job of preparing the cabin and being available for any questions with quick responses. We would definitely stay again and would recommend for groups of 1-4 to choose.

We loved our stay at the Ranch. The place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of space and room to spread out. It was clean, nicely decorated and liked just like the photos. We had a group of 12 adults there to meet for a mediation and sacred site week. It was perfect. There are great places close by too to hike, eat and relax. Beautiful views and outdoor space too. This is a very rustic gem away from everything, I absolutely loved how peaceful and quiet it was and I’ve never seen so many stars at night in my life! Elena was incredibly friendly and the hospitality was phenomenal!
