We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Brimstone is a ski-in/ski-out complex located directly at the ski resort / bicycle park, 27 miles north of Durango. Enjoy the year-round activities the area has to offer and come relax in one of our cozy condos sitting fireside or enjoying a soak in our hot tub with breathtaking views of the mountains. Unit #22 is a two-bedroom with 2 full bathrooms that sleeps up to 6 people.

Cozy Purgatory Condo, Steps to the Slopes

This eclectic 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Angelhaus complex at Purgatory Resort in Durango, Colorado. It's just a short walk from the main ski lifts and Mountain Village which offers shopping, dining & activities. We recently did several upgrades to our unit including a remodel of both bathrooms and new flooring. Our unit is at the end of the first floor which makes it very convenient for coming and going with skis in the winter and bikes in the summer.

True Ski-in/Ski-Out Condo - With Mountain View!

Just a few feet away from the main quad lift in the Purgatory Ski Resort! Two fireplaces (one in the master bedroom!) Take the elevator down to the quaint cobblestone plaza where you can load up your mountain bike on the main quad lift. While you are there, buy a steaming cup of coffee, pizza, burgers, whiskey, etc. You also have access to an outdoor hot tub just one floor above our condo! USE MY PRIVATE SKI LOCKER!
