Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Coos County

Our family booked Steve’s listing to celebrate a few birthdays with our family, and we had nothing short of an exceptional stay! We had 10 people including children, an infant, and a dog and we all fit with ample room to spare. The kids in particular loved the game room and the adults loved the space to relax, especially the fireplace. When we first arrived, we noticed the coffee pot was not working properly, and I reached out to Steve to explain the situation. Without hesitating, he planned to have a brand new coffee pot dropped off at the house within 2 hours. With kids and a dog, coffee was an absolute necessity, so we all appreciated the fast resolution to the problem. There is little negative to say about the house or our stay, it was everything the listing mentioned. Since there were so many of us staying there, we utilized every bed, and I will say some were more comfortable than others, but there’s so much space to find comfortable arrangements.

The place is incredible. It was exactly what we needed to feel cozy after our ski adventures.

This is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the doorstep to the White Mountains. Views of Mt Washington from the porch and driving down the street. Our family enjoyed the large, spacious kitchen and living spaces. We got our workouts playing ping pong in the evenings followed by pleasant soaks in the hot tub. If you are looking for a family friendly home with ample space for 2 families, this is a great place. Jackson is a lovely town with great restaurants near bye.

This is such a lovely place! Close to lots of ski areas, just down the road from a great hiking trail, filled with nice amenities (hot tub, table tennis, well-equipped kitchen, comfy furniture), and lots of room to spread out. Only downside I can think of is the road noise from the nearby highway, but the white-noise machines do a good job of removing any bother from that. If you need a convenient and comfy home base for an active getaway, this place is hard to beat!

Right off the bat, Jeremiah and Lisseth were very communicative, kind and helpful. They provided a well thought out and cohesive brochure of things to do in the area, and were timely with their responses to all inquiries! The home itself is absolutely lovely, with enough beds and baths for many people. The hot tub is right by the brook so you can hear it trickling while you're out there, which was peaceful. The location is close to town as well which was nice! The only downside was a leak that happened when we used the shower in the upstairs bathroom, but when we brought that up the hosts said they knew of the issue and were responsive when I asked what to do! There were two other showers to use so there was no issue after we stopped using the upstairs one. Overall the house was clean, cozy, and comfy. We had a great time and would absolutely come back!

This home is a stunning blend of mountain charm and modern luxury, and was an absolutely perfect stay for our group of 12 adults! The home was above and beyond what the photos showed, and was truly a retreat among the mountains. The place was immaculate, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The finishes and furnishings were top-notch, the kitchen was fully equipped for all types meals, and every room felt thoughtfully curated. We especially loved the fireplaces, the bar/game room in the basement, the spa-like bathrooms, and peaceful mountain views from the hot tub. Every detail made it feel like a five-star escape. The host, Tim, was extremely professional, friendly, super responsive, provided a seamless check in, and was extremely communicative during our stay. You can tell they truly care about creating a special experience. We’ve stayed in many Airbnbs, but this one stands out as one of the very best. Can’t wait to come back for another getaway—highly recommend!

This was the ideal spot for a weekend getaway. Private , clean, unique home with stunning sunsets. The hot tub was pristine and worth the trip! The house was a little too warm for my liking and I felt I was adjusting the nest thermostat frequently. The projector in the home was a neat way to watch shows at night. We brought our small dog with us and she enjoyed running around in the snow. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook in both nights we were there. We really enjoyed our stay and the host seemed very available to contact if we needed. We did not need to bother them while we there. The instructions and directions were perfect. We didn’t want to leave !!

Beautiful home, space for the 8 of us, great communication from Shannon. Only 10 minutes from Bretton Woods where we skied. Loved all the extras, boot warmers/ driers, cute ice maker on the counter, hot tub, puzzle, dart board... I hope to be back again!!

The mountain house was the perfect location for a family holiday getaway. Tucked in the woods but not far from things to do, it had something for everyone in our group. The hot tub was great and wood stove easy. We had one minor kitchen issue and someone actually came out within an hour on a Saturday to replace something. Great experience.

We had such a wonderful and memorable stay. The icing on the cake was the unexpected spring fresh fluffy snowfall on our first morning waking up in this cozy and beautiful cabin! We truly enjoyed our stay the hot tub and sauna were amazing. The views unparalleled. Countless family games and entertainment for all.

Amazing cabin in the woods! All the luxuries needed in this home and the perfect layout. The home was private yet just a 5-10 min drive to anything you could need. The sounds of the river can be heard the moment you open the front door. I hope to come back during warmer weather to enjoy the 3 seasons porch and listen to the water and nature.

Our family of 5 spent almost a week here and felt right at home. We loved that the yard was surrounded by woods and was a great place for our puppy and kids to play. We loved the fire pit, open floor plan so we could cook and watch our kiddos play. Nice location in-between North Conway and the Pinkham Notch / Crawford Notch where our favorite hikes were. Enjoyed being closer to the spots we wanted to explore and away from the chaos of town. Wish we could move right into this home - would LOVE to come back.
