Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, ci siamo trovati bene, la zona è molto tranquilla, la casa corrisponde alle foto ed era ben pulita. Host molto disponibile, rispondeva velocemente

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Franca, einer Freundin von Chiara, empfangen. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist groß und hat viel Platz. Alles ist in einem großem Raum untergebracht mit einer Trennwand zum Doppelbett. Vielen Dank für die Getränke im Kühlschrank, die Süßigkeiten, das frische Obst usw. Das war echt Klasse! Ein privater Stellplatz in der Großraumgarage mit internem Zugang zum Haus ist vor allem bei schlechtem Wetter angenehm. Zu Fuß ist eigentlich alles innerhalb von 10-15 min erreichbar: Laden, Restaurant, Bahnhof. Die Wohnung selbst ist ebenerdig und die Fenster und die Tür nach außen sind leider nicht durchsichtig. Vielleicht um zu vermeiden, dass von draußen jemand hereinschaut, aber das können Gardinen auch gut verhindern. Es war draussen leider zu windig und kalt, um die Tür nach außen zum Garten hin zu öffnen. Gerne hätten wir die Aussicht genossen. Es hat uns trotzdem gefallen!

Tivemos uma ótima experiência no apartamento. A localização é boa, ao lado da universidade e é possível ir andando até o parque ou o centro. O apartamento é bem equipado, limpo, e o atendimento da administração é ótimo.

Mi sono trovato molto bene in questo appartamento tutto corrispondente alla descrizione , il letto comodissimo i bagni funzionali belli e puliti! Piccolo Giardino con sedie e tavolo dove e’ possibile fare colazione o pranzare nelle giornate soleggiate, televisore Maxi da 75 pollici ! Tutto bene

Merci Alberto de proposer ce logement ainsi que toutes les fournitures nécessaires au séjour. L'accueil chaleureux à "l'italienne" avec des intentions sympathiques. Une belle vue, pour ceux qui se plaignent de la circulation... vous êtes directement au bord du lac donc oui il y a de la circulation et du bruit mais c'est largement acceptable. Vous avez des petits restaurants (très bon) à proximité à pied pour le reste, il faut prendre la voiture, nous y sommes aller en septembre donc moins de monde . Le logement est très propre et son environnement également. Nous recommandons et recommanderons le logement et l'hôte. Grazie 😉

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einem schönen zentral gelegenem Apartment. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und praktisch eingerichtet. Die Lage war für uns sehr gut: nahe zum Bahnhof für Ausflüge, in Gehdistanz zu Altstadt und See mit Bademöglichkeit, mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Der Pool in der Siedlung war sehr sauber und hat vor allem den Kindern gut gefallen. Danke vielmals, wir kommen gern wieder!

My wife and I had the pleasure of spending time at Fabiana's house. The place itself was very clean and comfy – it really feels like home! To top that, Fabiana is extremely friendly and understanding. She sent us videos showing how to get to the place, where the key box is, how to get inside, and so on. She also actively helped us with local matters such as buses, understanding some local rules, and she recommended lots of great restaurants, bars, and attractions! If you want to stay in a well-located, very well-kept house with the most helpful host – don't hesitate, because Fabiana's place and Fabiana herself are just wonderful!

Mein Mann und ich waren schon mehrfach am Comer See, doch nur hier gibt es diesen einzigartigen Ausblick Richtung Bellagio! 🥰 Die Wohnung selbst ist toll ausgestattet, der Balkon sehr groß und die Möglichkeit einen Pool oder das Jacuzzi zu nutzen, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Andrea und Carla waren immer für Fragen ansprechbar und die Restauranttipps waren prima! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Une personne nous attendait sur place pour nous montrer le logement et nous y faire entrer. L’endroit est magique, la vue incroyable

My son stayed in Andrea's apartment for a month. For his needs, the apartment was perfect - close enough to his workplace, equipped with all the necessities, and well organized. As his mother, I was glad that it was safe and very clean place. So we are both very grateful to Andrea for hosting Bogdan in the most appropriate way.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis chez Ivo et Serafina, avec de bons conseils pour la plage au lac majeur et restaurant. L'ppartement est très spacieux, propre et confortable. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Siamo stati da Valentina il mio compagno ed io per due notti e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Alloggio fornito di tutto, pulizia, accoglienza, posizione super! Grazie davvero a Valentina e a suo marito che ci hanno permesso di trascorrere due giorni in una delle valli più belle. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento e l’esperienza è stata ottima. L’ambiente è confortevole, arredato con gusto e impeccabilmente pulito. Il punto forte è sicuramente il terrazzo: spazioso, ben curato e perfetto per rilassarsi all’aperto. Ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e comodità. Consigliatissimo!

Simply magical!! This place is absolutely stunning, and the pictures do not do it justice. Such a comfortable vibe, and the hospitality of the host is unbelievable. We cannot wait to come back!

Super emplacement, au calme loin des foules et très bien situé pour rayonner la région. L’accès au lac est immédiat.

Tranquillità, relax tanto verde nel curatissimo guardino con tante chicche e curiosità in una location indipendente ma cullati da ambiente dolcemente familiare e di appartenenza .. Amazing

Cinzia è stata sempre molto disponibile, gentile e premurosa, con piccoli accorgimenti/pensieri, che sono però molto apprezzati. Sapendo che avevamo dei bambini ha lasciato dei chupa chups e ci ha fatto già trovare dell'acqua in fresco viste le temperature relativamente calde di agosto. La casa era molto carina e spaziosa. Dispone anche di un bello spazio esterno con dei giochi per bambini, molto apprezzati dai nostri figli di 2,3 e 6 anni.

We had an amazing stay at Christian's house. The property is wonderful - modern, clean and spacious inside and the outside space is as good as it looks on the photos. We spent hours relaxing in the garden area. Christian had also thought of extra details to make the stay even more welcoming, like a hamper of local foods on arrival and care packages in the bedrooms. His communication was fantastic as well, very quick to respond and nothing was too much trouble - he booked us a shuttle back to the airport and even offered to pick us up when we arrived due to a train strike. All in all a brilliant stay and would recommend this place to anyone.

Wir waren für ein Frauenwochenende in Locarno und sind begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr sauber, perfekt ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Mit zwei Sitzplätzen hat man immer Sonne, wenn man möchte. Die Lage ist super, ruhig aber sehr nah (zu Fuss) an der Piazza Grande, dem Lido, dem See und den ÖV Haltestellen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett, flexibel, und man spürt, dass dieses Haus eine Herzensangelegenheit ist. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! 🩷

Deze plek is zeker een aanrader. Het huis is zeer smaakvol, ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host Denise en haar man zijn supervriendelijk. We kregen een zeer warm welkom en we hebben veel tips van ze gekregen voor activiteiten in de omgeving. De tuin is ook heerlijk. We hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt van de tafeltennistafel. Kortom: een toplocatie.

gemütliche Wohnung in laufnähe eines wunderschönen Städtchens! Top sauber, gemütliches Bett, schöne kleine Küche. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in Chiavenna. Danke!

Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
