The apartment is beautiful, spacious, comfortable, bright, in a convenient location. The air conditioners work great and the apartment has everything you need. A comfortable, practical, clean, decorated and good apartment.

Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Esperienza molto positiva grazie alla gentilezza e disponibilita dell' host, alla bellezza del luogo e della struttura e alla posizione in relazione al piccolo e grazioso centro urbano di Monteroni. La nostra camera, all interno del rustico casale, era molto comoda, larga, ben restaurata e offriva il meglio per un soggiorno nella compagine della campagna senese.

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. We enjoyed walking down to the water and going to the many available restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a wonderful stay

Il borgo di capannole è un posto meraviglioso di grande pace e di grande bellezza, Roi e Stefan sono stati host eccezionali gentili e premurosi È un posto immerso nella storia antica del borgo e della Famiglia di Stefan . È un Posto di privacy ma con la Possibilità di incontrare altre persone o famiglie che soggiornano nello stesso periodo con L possibilità di condividere i grandi spazi che il Borgo mette a disposizione Torneremo senza dubbi Consigliatissimo!

Wow! Danke an die Familie für diesen unglaublichen Ort und diese schöne Zeit! Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum..so romantisch, gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Familie ist sehr herzlich, wohnt über der Unterkunft und bietet sehr viel Privatsphäre. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt und sind immer noch begeistert von diesem Pool. Ein Traum Ort. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Auch das Restaurant der Familie ist so schön gemütlich und bietet unglaublich leckeres Essen! Vielen Dank!!

Absolutely magnificent house in a spectacular setting and a wonderful part of Tuscany. Every amenity and clearly their private home which they were sharing with us. We did walk to town, but not everyone would find it walkable. highly recommended..

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

Appartamento in zona tranquilla e spettacolare paesagisticamente parlando... è anche vicinissima al porto. .terrazza che ha una vista che vale il soggiorno! Vista mare mozzafiato e alloggio coerente con la descrizione... Posto più bello dell' isola

I truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches that made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend Giacomo’s place to anyone visiting the area and would love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay in Carla's place. The house is spacious, cozy and fully equipped. Stunning views, and very calm. Ideal for a good rest. We woke up with birds singing and a friendly cat on our doorstep. 10 min drive to Siena. The weather was still chilly, but Carla anticipated this and put on the heating before we arrived. She even visited us to see if we were comfortable. We highly recommend this Airbnb, not only for location and the state of the house, but equally for the excellent hostess.

Ritrovarsi in una "casa", non in un ambiente fatto per essere affittato. Ed una casa ha sempre un'anima, come il suo proprietario Leandro che ci ha accolti ed accompagnati anche nella storia di questa casa. Che dire, ecco l'Airbnb che ci piace. Posizione strategica in un'area dove c'e' solo l'imbarazzo della scelta su cosa visitare.

Luogo tranquillo e vicino pure ai supermercati, pure a piedi si può raggiungere qualsiasi luogo con al massimo una mezz'ora di camminata, casa molto bella e ben arredata

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

really nice stay in Montepulciano. Adriano was a welcoming host and his dog Diego was super cute and friendly! he left us breakfast which was great too. Defiantly recommend staying here, the garden is amazing to have breakfast in the sun:)

l' appartamento è molto piacevole : silenzioso e molto fresco nonostante le alte temperature del periodo. Non abbiamo neanche accesso l' aria condizionata. La piscina è condivisa soltanto con gli ospiti dell'altro appartamento presente nell'agriturismo. Anna è stata sempre gentilissima e ci ha " coccolati" regalandoci molti prodotti del luogo e dolci fatto in casa.

Beautiful apartment with awesome rooftop and ocean views. 600m walk to the beach! Great recommendations for restaurants! Apartment was clean, spacious everything you could need the air conditioning worked very well mattresses very comfortable no complaints no issues. Will definitely stay again and recommend.
