Absolutely wonderful place!! Reasonably priced, well located, SPACIOUS, and equipped with everything you need. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. It was perfect and I never wanted to leave!! The apartment is up a few flights of stairs (not an issue and common for Florence), but occupies the whole top floor and then some. It’s extremely clean and MUCH bigger than the photos which was fantastic. The bedroom is nice and big and the bed is so comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need (minus an oven but that’s fine). The bathroom is big too and well lit. There are windows dispersed throughout so it’s easy to get fresh air. This is the 8th Airbnb I’ve stayed at in Florence so far and it’s top of the list. Really just a great spot. Giacomo and his wife Valentina are extremely kind and communicate very well. Any time I had an issue (very few— mostly related to me locking myself out by accident) they were quick to reply and extremely helpful. TOP SERVICE, TOP STAY! Book this place!!!

Wonderful place to stay in Florence. A short walk from all the sights. Great pizza restaurant literally round the corner. We were a family of four for just three nights and that worked great but it does mean losing the living room sofa so any longer might have been a little bit of a squash. Would be perfect for a couple for a longer stay. Great host.

We loved our stay in Mariangelas home and could not have asked for a better host. Upon check-in, Mariangelas team was there waiting to let us in and show us around the place. Place was small but had all essentials needed and was as described in the description. Location was ideal as you are within 20 minutes of all major attractions and sites. Mariangela was very responsive and provided any assistance or recommendations needed in a timely manner. AC was great but not really needed in April. Only small complaint was the hot water runs out after a few minutes and with 2 people you need to wait a bit between each shower. Other than this, place was incredible and we would certainly stay here again! Mariangela is the best host and we could have not asked for a better experience in Florence!

Small but very well equipped apartment, centrally located. Great solution for those who want to stay in an extraordinary village like Cortona.

Amanda was very kind and accommodating and responded to our requests. The sights are easily accessible after a 20-minute walk. Public transport is in the immediate vicinity. The place was very clean and the most important cooking utensils were available. If you are a light sleeper, the street could be a bit disruptive and the neighbors under the apartment speak relatively loud almost all night - but of course Amanda is not responsible for these circumstances, which is just a small criticism of the area.

A perfect apartment in the middle of everything. And yet surprisingly quiet. We were lucky to arrive on a Sunday with flower market on the piazza. Wow!! If we some day come back to Greve we know where to stay.

The apartment is easy to find and accessible in 6 minutes from the airport. Downtown in 15 minutes. It was nice to stay there and we were welcomed.

Wonderful apt near the Duomo. It was perfect for us as it had an elevator and we are in our 70's. We love the area, and even enjoyed the bells ringing. Lots of places to eat nearby, and a supermarket and mini market very close. Great host, thank you!

We had a great time in this beautiful place. The farmhouse has several apartments each with their privacy. The pool was very clean and hot, there was shade available and a shower and toilet right next door. The apartment was as in the photos, there was no air conditioning but it was very cool inside during the day. A few days before our arrival, Isabella sent us all the necessary information and it was her brother Piero who welcomed us very warmly when we arrived. The place was very clean, the kitchen well equipped and bath linens were provided. There are many things to do and see in the area, we even had recommendations available. Overall we are really happy and would definitely recommend this place!

Very nice location, essential but functional. Great convenience to have the option to use the restaurant (with prior reservation). Suggestions for improvement, more equipment in the kitchen (cutlery, bottle opener were missing, nothing that couldn't be found after reporting), the bed pillows were quite uncomfortable. We'll be happy to come back

Very satisfied. Even if only for one night, I liked the apartment a lot both as a location and as a structure.

The accommodation is a small paradise of tranquility. No noise pollution. Wonderful view. Careful environment and a beautiful pool where you can relax and cool off. Antonella and her family are exquisite, kind, and extremely discreet people. strategic location to visit both the villages of Lake Trasimeno and to visit Perugia, Assisi and many other places. The nearby village is enchanting and you can shop for local products. For a more complex shopping just reach the lake village (Passignano) and you can find coop and Conad. the only thing that should be considered is that the area is totally devoid of a mobile network. The house is equipped with wifi, but as soon as you leave the house, even just to go to the pool, you have no way to access the network. For those like us who wanted to disconnect from everything, it was a no problem. If instead you needed to work or be available, it should be considered. overall for us it was a beautiful week of relaxation. It's worth it.

It was a really pleasant stay, a stone's throw from Piazza del Campo. Spacious and well arranged accommodation, on the first floor.

Wonderful apartment so central and beautifully presented, Claudio & Claudia could not have been more helpful and responsive. Top tip - Park at the railway station if driving and get a taxi to Via Roma 2. Siena is fantastic and this apartment is very special.

Nice scenary, quiet romantic Town, Nice small cafe beside the river. But what impress Me marco property I felt like Home right away. Secured electeric gate leaving Me no worries. Kids love it and kitchen are well equip!! Thanks marco for your beautiful place and hosting us!!! I recommend this place for quiet country side place.

We received very warm welcome and enjoyed very much Frederica's house, pool, pasta and last but not least Siena , San Galgano and San Gusmo' very much. The place is perfect and I don't remember other spaces from airbnb which can compete with this one. I hope we will be able to come again some time soon.

Tuscan retreat = THIS. Set in a lovely, quiet area with gorgeous views of the landscape. Easy to get to Arezzo and only 1 hour from Florence. So many amazing local restaurants and Vineyards. The property itself has a traditional vibe to it. The kitchen is not well equipped, so just bare that in mind! minimal pots, pans etc. But otherwise looks exactly like the photos.

We stayed in the Melissa apartment and it was great, very spacious and bigger than expected. The apartment is self-catering and has all that you need to cook and have a great time. There is no terrace for this apartment, but they are many areas around the property that allow for some outdoor time. The location was beautiful, amazing views, great swimming pool and an overall very relaxed place. The property is 15 mins away from San Gimignano and very close to the bigger towns/villages to visit. Having a car is a must. The staff, the welcome and overall communication was lovely and easy, I would definitely recommend staying here.

It was my second time at Il Tramonto (because you will love to come again). It has been a great stay, the perfect spot to visit the Chianti region, as well as rest (garden behind is a bliss) and discover tiny villages around. Laura and Sandra are very welcoming, communication is very easy. I recommend !

We really enjoyed our stay! Emanuele and Angela were very kind and replied to any question very quickly. The place is perfect to relax and take day-trips to nearby towns such as Cortona, Pienza, Montalcino and Montepulciano. We enjoyed the pool after big days of visiting the surroundings during very hot days. I recommend it to anyone who wants a mix of visiting and relaxing! :)

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.
