My stay at Kevin’s place was great! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Kevin was responsive and made sure everything was taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my first time booking only a room with shared bathroom, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself very comfortable in the setting! Jennifer was so kind and helpful and did her best to make sure I was comfortable! she was very quick to respond to any inquiries I had, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and also equipped with anything you may end up needing! I needed a steamer for a dress and a scale to weigh my luggage’s, and not having to go out and get them myself saved me so much time and trouble! You can tell that Jennifer truly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they might need. The bedding, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable too! I had very restful nights of sleep here, my stay was wonderful! it’s a cute, safe, and quiet space - and I will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to the area! Good stay for the most part, only thing I would recommend is investing in washcloths for showers as we all had to use the large hand rags.

Our stay at Jonathan's house was exceptional! The property matched the description perfectly and exceeded our expectations. Jonathan's parents were incredibly welcoming, quick to respond to any questions, and always available to help when needed. The fantastic experience and hospitality made this place a true gem. I loved staying here! It was very clean and had anything you could possibly need. The parking is a huge plus. The place feels very new and clean and has INCREDIBLE AC. I stayed here for 5 nights. I went to SOFI Stadium in Inglewood, it was about an hour drive. I went to Disneyland twice and got there in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend staying here especially for the price.

had a great stay at this property. It was nice and quiet, and clean. Has everything you need. Its quite close to Myrtle so you're a couple minutes away from all the cute shops. The AC is a little loud and might need to be looked at. wouldn't stop me from staying here again, but just something to note. Thanks for sharing this cute property.

Place was as described. Quiet at night. Perfect place to sleep at night and adventure during the day.

Quiet Neighborhood, lots of local food vendors just a walk away, Great parking spot, and nice hosts. :) Apartment was nice and clean, and comfortable. Would definitely book again!!

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We recently stayed at Geoffrey's, and it was a very welcoming experience. Geoffrey was communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt just like home, which was perfect for my family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a book of restaurant recommendations available; it made exploring the area so much easier. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

Staying at Jeffery’s place in Pasadena was such a treat. He was super helpful and quick to respond anytime we needed something. The apartment is beautiful—quiet, private, and nestled in a really gorgeous neighborhood. It honestly felt like a little escape, but still close to everything: awesome restaurants, cute shops, and some great hiking spots. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a better spot or a kinder host. Highly recommend!

I love staying at one of Anthony’s places. They are Always very clean and fully equipped. The location is very quiet and I feel very safe there. Selina’s place was very convenient for getting back and forth to Pasadena and Echo Park. The off street parking was great, and there was also plenty of street parking available. The main room was nice (bonus for the mini fridge), but our friend felt a little tight in the smaller room. But the value was good and Selina was very responsive. We would definitely stay again if we needed easy access to Pasadena.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

We had a great stay at Pari's place. It was conveniently located a couple of blocks from our son's apartment making visiting a breeze. Walking distant to restaurants and grocery store (Trader Joe's). Home has basic supplies and utensils needed to cook meals etc. The automatic drip Coffee maker was great to start day. Dishwasher worked great and all supplies were included. Washing machine worked great and we dried clothes on a provided rack. Home was very spacious for the 2 of us and has a large shower with rainfall shower head. TV reception was spotty, but the TV is a smart TV so if you have Netflix or others you should be all set. We did not have a car this trip as our son drove us (or we UBER'ed). I did check out the garage parking spots (which looked to be very secure) and as others have said, the space would be best suited for a smaller car (keep this in mind if you intend to rent a car). However, there seemed to be road side parking available. AC worked great, Would stay again!!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

This place was spectacular. My fiance and I really enjoyed this cozy spot and everything was as described. Place has a vintage look and feel to it that I really loved. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and nightlife that we’re walking distance. Cynthia, I would like to say you are awesome! You were so responsive to our messages and just made our stay much more comfortable. Again thank you for everything.
