Situated on the banks of the Charente, the appartment forms a wing of an ancient priory, set in it's own walled seven hectare park. With it's own private terrace overlooking the river and a twenty metre swimming pool, the park also contains formal gardens, rose walk and stone steps down to the river. Located in the heart of a picturesque village, surrounded by vineyards, the house is a short walk to a Michelin starred restaurant and local bar. The Cognac Golf course is a 3 minute drive.

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool and jacuzzi. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

For 6 people max. 2 bedrooms + sofa bed Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation created in a carefully renovated farmhouse, our typical marsh boat is available at the end of the property, as well as picnic tables in the shade of the ash trees. This cottage has its own terrace with plancha. A room shared with the two other future cottages has 1 washing machine and 1 dryer as well as all the necessary equipment for the boat. Easy to park on the street.
