Charming property at the best of the heart of Nieul, gite on the side of the garden courtyard located on the front of the property of the hosts (the pool is in the back garden), protected from the street (not very busy) by high walls and an electric gate that allows parking in this courtyard (nevertheless, easy parking outside). I'm glad our little cocker spaniel dog was able to enjoy the garden thanks to the owners' prior permission. Very comfortable and well-equipped cottage (only small downside: the wifi is very weak in the room but very decent elsewhere). A very good place in a beautiful property and very welcoming hosts.

We spent 2 very pleasant days at Nathalie's place. The hosts we were sharing the cottage with were friendly: it made us feel comfortable in our first experience of shared accommodation.

Natalie was very available from the beginning, when I booked the room I asked a lot of specific questions to know which space was shared with who and what the room looked like. She responded in detail in the next hour Then, on the first day on site, she lent us bikes which allowed us to move around the island without worries. We were in high season and there were no bikes to rent in the area on the first day, so it was a much appreciated service, especially since the house is in a place a little far from the city center, so big bike rental shops. The common room is very nice, spacious and comfortable, well suited for all hosts. Everything was clean, the toilet kit was there and without fail. Really nothing to complain about, if I were to stay in the island of Oléron again, I would not hesitate to come back!

An unforgettable stay ( we will come back) a wild and peaceful setting as if we were the house. Clear simple community rules adapted to everyone ( very important for sharing the premises ) There is no shopping mall nearby so don't come to go shopping! (Board games provided on-site ) Some nearby internet activities will help you. I hope the host was happy with our presence as well as it's very important that it works in the 2 senses😊😘. Looking forward to coming back so not all book at the same time

Functional house with everything available , quiet area and good location. Lots of activities nearby , possibility to do everything on foot , great restaurants nearby as well. Highly responsive host when we needed it. Everything was well explained and clear for our arrival on the premises. We had a wonderful stay in the Moulin de Chatressac. We were coming back for the second time and were charmed again by this little corner of heaven. Everything was perfect: the hosting, the accommodation, the pool and above all the magnificent views of the harbor!

Sophie was by far the best host we ever had! She made us feel at home instantly and even provided (a lot) of food upon arrival, so we didn’t have to go to the supermarket right away. The completely fenced private garden was perfect for our dog and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet!

We had a very pleasant stay in Valerie's house in early September. Her impeccable house is very very well equipped as expected in the description of her property. For us, it is ideally placed for cycling around the Ile d 'Oléron. We did not meet Valerie directly but she kindly contacted us several days before. It was her friend France who kindly welcomed us and gave us the keys. We recommend Valerie's house 100%!

Marie is a kind host and her house is very nice. We stayed there at 8: 2 seniors, 2 couples in their 30s and 2 children: it was perfect for everyone. Great vacation!!! Thank you Marie.

Very good stay in Ile de Ré. Nathalie welcomed us super well, very available, smiling and responsive. The accommodation is very well located, with parking at our disposal. Close to the sea, whale lighthouse and bike routes. Very quiet (no tenants next to our accommodation during our stay). Clean, breast and well-equipped accommodation. We were 2 couples of bikers who stayed in this place in early October. We enjoyed the secure underground parking. The renovated cottage is ideally located, clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Our host Celine is at the top, very welcoming, available and flexible for check-in and checkout times. We recommend!

A refreshing place away from noise, the big city, etc. to spend holidays with family or friends. This cottage has a capacity for four people, which offers all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay as if you live there. The space as a whole is modern in terms of amenities, appliances. The kitchen is well equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Whether it's for a morning coffee or a friendly dinner, everything is within easy reach. The bedding is of good manufacture. Finally, the bathrooms are well thought out. Regarding the exteriors, the cottage has a private hammam and spa/jacuzzi sheltered from the opposite as well as a terrace, ideal for meals.

Very pleasant stay in a charming house located in a quiet area, behind the main house of Sebastien and Samuelle which allows you to enjoy great tranquility while benefiting from help and advice if needed. The heated pool and large grounds are very nice for the kids. Lots of games available; ping pong table, games, buoys,… The accommodation is well equipped with all the essentials for cooking and the benefits of the dishwasher, washer and even dryer. The bedrooms are comfortable, including the parental one with the queen size bed. Clean bathroom with large enough shower. Comfortable accommodation with welcoming hosts which allowed us to fully enjoy our stay with our two daughters and our dog. Thank you again for hosting us. Nathalie and Julien.

A particularly beautiful place on a beautiful island! Vincent's house is comfortable, cozy and equipped with every comfort. The beds are of good quality and the garden spacious. The house is ideally located on the island. The island itself is a delight. Beautiful beaches everywhere (also a few minutes walk from the house), beautiful villages and restaurants. We also enjoyed the bike paths, which will take you across the entire island. The contact with Vincent and his family was friendly, quick and efficient. In short, absolutely recommended! We'd love to come back.
