From the thick pine forests that open into the arms of golden sandy beaches and the welcoming waves from the Atlantic Ocean. This area offers everything for an ideal summer vacation. Foodies' will be spoilt for choice with the weekly local fresh food markets, in Breuillet and other nearby villages.

You take a walk or bike ride, swim in the huge pool, chill in the jacuzzi, create a family barbecue, stargaze.. The place is steeped in history- King Louis 13th slept here in 1631. The house has large rooms with plenty outside areas for relaxing. The town of Aulnay is 2km with supermarket, restaurants etc 2 markets a week. We now have fibre internet.

The gite is in an old farm barn and just got 3* ** for 14 people. In a quiet environment, near an organic milk farm, you can enjoy the charm of the Marais Poitevin. The cottage is 2 km from the village, accessible by foot or by bike by a very friendly little path. Maillezais and its surroundings offer an important cultural heritage. Boat rides are a must and local specialties will delight your taste buds.

We are an artisan winery, certified bio ( organic) specialising Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc varieties. Renovated in 2016 we started renovations of 1850 winemakers chateau. From the terrace enjoy views of vines and surrounding villages.
