We had a nice weekend. Beautiful setting, with a superb view of the Seine . Beautiful decor.

A stay on the edge of perfection. Beautiful house, very pleasant, faithful to its description and allowing relaxation, relaxation and rest. In addition, the owner knows how to be present with responsiveness when needed, and to be more discreet. Which, for me, is both valuable and safe. I would highly recommend it.

Fab place. We loved the use of the kayaks, and the pool was great. Very comfy beds. Kitchen was very well equipped. Only a 6 mins drive to a hypermarket and very quiet roads . Tony was very helpful and friendly. We would come again. Thoroughly recommend.

It was as if we were arriving at a small oasis in the middle of our agitated world. The house was even more beautiful than described and we were struck by the cleanliness of the place. In principle, it is not even necessary to leave the estate, as everything is planned to keep you entertained. The neighborhood and Ardre around the lake were also very idyllic to visit (everything is within walking distance). Véronique is a fantastic host, involved in your vacation weeks ahead. She had decorated the house with birthday garlands for our 60s, and prepared a fresh quiche as well as cookies. In short, I would recommend this place to anyone.

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Admittedly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external factors mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in symbiosis with nature makes you forget these small disadvantages.

As soon as we arrived, the charm worked. This house, thrown there, facing the vastness of the sea, is one of those places that imposes itself by its obviousness. It doesn't tell stories; it allows you to live them, offering a setting where time slows down and you reconnect with the essentials. A memorable stop, where the sound of waves becomes the soundtrack of a rediscovered serenity. Thank you to Jean-Michel and Cécile the owners for their flexibility. LOVELY! The garden, the tranquility, the multiple seats in the garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi are very pleasant and well cared for. Cottage clean and hygienic. Sébastien and Melanie are discreet but stand by if you need them. God willing, we will come back and for us it is very exceptional to go to the same place more than once.

Excellent base for visiting the area by bike or on foot. Peaceful and quiet waterfront location for pleasant picnics facing beautiful sunsets. We would highly recommend. G & V

A little small for 4 adults. Unfortunately we had not great weather so a little confined in the accommodation. We couldn't enjoy the terrace and garden furniture. Otherwise the location is great. Near the Ust and in the forest. Bird chirping guaranteed!

An enchanted break in the middle of unspoiled nature, bathed by the presence of water (memorable boat ride, made available to us) and lulled by the song of (very many) birds… we felt like we were in the house of the story Goldilocks and the 3 bears, charming hut drowned in flowers. All a few hundred meters from the city center… incredible! We'll be back of course!
