Dream vacation in a unique Rustico

The romantic and charming Rustico offers moments of undisturbed relaxation. A round granite table with a barbecue, surrounded by palm trees and oleanders, will immediately put you in a holiday mood. On the 1st floor are kitchen, fireplace, sofa, toilet+bathroom. A steep wooden staircase leads down to a room with double bed. Next door there is sauna (due to high costs prefer) + shower and separate exit. At the top of the conservatory there is reservoir view, sun loungers and outdoor shower for relaxation and refreshment.

Our house is located a quick five minute drive up the mountain in the historic nucleo of Piodina. The home is on three floors, recently restored bedroom upstairs, bathroom and kitchen in the middle floor, lounge with sofa bed on the bottom floor. We have a beautiful terrace for outside dining and a balcony to take in the breathtaking views and relax. The neighborhood is quiet with winding pathways typical of an historical Ticinese nucleo. The house is called Casa Piccolo Nido, which means "little nest" in Italian. It's located in an historic nucleus with winding pathways and beautiful old homes. The house is a small but spacious three rooms rustico, with a cozy atmosphere, which includes a fire place. There are three floors. The neighborhood is very quiet, even in summer, for a nice relaxing get away close to nature. The hosts are always close by for any last minute necessities. Wi-Fi only from next door signal.

Beautiful, former and beautifully converted laundry house in the well-kept plot of Villa Belmonte in an exclusive location. Cosy garden with sun loungers and stone table with adjoining vineyard. Fantastic views over Bellinzona to Cannobio (It), from the lake to far into the mountains. Very quiet, peaceful place, ideal for lingering and relaxing. During the winter months it can get chilly in the house as it is not winterproof insulated. (Sweaters & finches a must).
