The house was nice, and the location was amazing. There is tons to do in this area, as well as a nice backyard to relax.

The house was great, it felt just like home. It accommodated our group of nine beautifully and comfortably. The bathrooms and showers are a little on the small side, but that's the only negative! Great house, great area.

This place was a wonderful find. It was plenty large for our needs and located perfectly. There were no issues with anything at this property. It is immaculate - like new. We didn’t use the deck and backyard because we were too busy but it is a nice place. We had some communications with the host and received responses very quickly (no problems just communications). Additionally, it was extremely close to Shaker Run Golf Course which has excellent food. We would definitely stay there again.

Even though it was a little cold to use the pool, we definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Wish we would have started a bonfire but definitely recommend and most likely will be back!

Inviting and Relaxing Our stay at Teresa's home in Enon was wonderful. The house had everything we needed, very comfortable, great location, room for our car and trailer on the driveway and the wonderful fenced in backyard for our poochie. The Amenities that were listed on the site were easily found and her home had all the comforts of home! We were in town for our daughter's graduation from Cedarville and there was a lot of running to do and this house was very centrally located so it made accomplishing all of our errands and graduation an easy task. If any question arose, Teresa was very quick to respond and even reached out to make sure we had everything we needed. As my son now lives in the area, we will hopefully be returning soon! Thank you!

This was a great place to stay for a few days, the garage was close by and the home was easy to access. The pictures around the home were very cool! Make sure to open blinds and turn on lights, it cal get dark!

This was just perfect for our stay in the Dayton area. Celeste was very responsive with any of my questions I had leading up to the visit. I would definitely book this home again if back in the area next year. Thank you for opening up your home for us.

We had a great time at Laura's house. Everything you could possibly need is available. It is in a quiet street but still close to shopping opportunities. We hope to be able to stay again with Laura in the future!

This was the second time we stayed here. We had 6 adults and two kids ( ages 6 and 9) and were all very comfortable. House was very clean and neat. The surrounding area is very safe and we enjoyed a few walks through the neighborhood. If the need for lodging in the Kettering/Oakwood area arises again we will definitely try to get Ashley’s place again

We enjoyed our stay at William’s place. The home was very convenient, and worked well for our family. William was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had with our stay.

We had a great stay at Jennifer’s place. It was very clean, well-appointed with lots of conveniences. The house is secure and is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with quick access to stores and to the highway nearby. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Dayton.

My stay was fantastic! The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and even better in person. The only downside was the location. It’s situated on a very busy main road, which made it difficult to use the front door. We ended up accessing the house through the garage instead. That said, it was still a 10/10 experience, and I would definitely book again!

We had a great stay. It was nice to have the hosts next door - they gave us our space, but were available if we needed anything. They went out of their way to entertain our kids: lending them toys and also bringing over their pets for us to meet. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. Very clean, and comfortable. It was ideal for 4 grandparents in town for our granddaughter's graduation. We felt right at home and we'll definitely keep this place in mind anytime we come to visit the family.

I can’t say enough about how helpful Samantha was! I felt right at home from the time I walked in the door. I needed a place to have my children over for Christmas, while I was in town from Florida and her Airbnb was the perfect location! I will definitely use again and highly recommend her as a host!! Such a convenient location to an event we had at the university. This house is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Top of the line amenities and stocked kitchen. Mattresses were amazing!

Tive um problema com falta de ededrons e toalhas de banho mas foi resolvido prontamente pela anfitriã que é muito gentil. Recomendo.

Great stay. My wife and I would recommend this place. Very cute and comfortable. Plenty of space for a good size group. We wish we made our stay longer. It is not as isolated as the photos make it look. The host lives 10 yards away. Nothing wrong with this but just didn’t know that going in.

We had a great stay here. Everything was comfortable and beautiful. The kitchen had what we needed. It’s a very quiet neighborhood.

We had a wonderful two-night stay. We were in town for a grandson’s graduation and it worked out great. Christina’s place was perfect for what we needed. Everything was clean and neat. When we had questions about the area or procedures, it was easy to communicate with Christina and get the help we needed. I loved the quaint 1940’s neighborhood with lovely brick homes throughout. Very nice!
