There are not words for our wonderful stay at Daniele and Barbara's house. It's a whole family affair, with both parents taking care of us and the house. You can tell they all have the kindest souls and did their best to make us feel welcome and at home even with the language barrier! The house was very clean and had a beautiful view - I've never seen a more beautiful sunrise, honestly. The driveway is steep but we made it up just fine in our 9 passenger van. It is easy to find and it is very easy to access the downtown area. There are a lot of grocery options nearby and restaurants, as well. We tried to take the train one day but couldn't find parking - just a warning if you plan to do the same (though with a smaller car, you might be fine). The house is very close to some good wineries and easy to access Greve in Chianti, which was a nice visit. The house itself had very comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice water pressure in the showers. I would recommend this stay to anyone!

Sergio's place is fantastic and Sergio is a great host! I almost don't want to say how wonderful our experience was, for fear it will be hard to get in the future. The location is walkable to anywhere you want to be in Florence. The apartment is spacious and having two bathrooms was convenient. Sergio was incredibly responsive and just gave you the sense he was there to make your trip great. This was our first time to Italy and it is going to be hard to find places in other locations that live up to the standard Sergio and his place set.

Wonderful stay in Florence, very nice and functional apartment where we felt at home: good bedding, quiet environment, space and room for business, etc. Ideally located 15 minutes walk from the center so quiet. Garage space, sheltered and well protected: a must! Last but not least, we were well received and Nicholle was always available remotely in the second, informing us each time with efficiency and accuracy. In addition, she was friendly and very flexible with our departure and arrival times... THANK YOU. I recommend it ++++

Both the place and the hosts were great. It was very quiet and idyllic, the outdoor area invites you to relax and linger. Supermarkets and restaurants can be reached by car in <10 minutes and the location is perfect for day trips to all parts of Tuscany. Thank you for everything, look forward to seeing you next time!

Fabio was an exceptional host. Very kind and helpful in addition to always being ready to provide useful suggestions about Chianti and Florence. Very clean and well-kept apartment. I can't wait to go back to Chianti.

Nice old farm house! Paolo was very friendly, even though our Italian is not too good. Note that Google knows "Agriturismo Pian di Maggio", so navigate there! The house has no house number, so searching for the listed address gets you to the correct (but long and mostly uninhibited) road ;)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very comfortable and had everything. We loved sitting at the table and looking over the valley! Until next time!

This small old house in the 12th-13th century medieval village is tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. We think the two bathrooms are a big bonus, it was very useful for us. In addition, we would highlight the equipment of the kitchen and the quality of the bed mattresses.The host lady lives right next to the accomodation, a few steps away, which gives security. She was very flexible and patient with our late arrival. You can only park a little further from the house, but it seemed safe and a short walk would not hurt.Overall, we recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, romantic stay.
