We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

This is our third stay here at this beautiful Villa and each time it gets harder to leave! Lots of fabulous days and evenings spent with Andrea and Enzo over some delicious food and wine together with their family and friends who have become our family and friends too! Andrea is fluent in English and Italian and there are other different dialects and languages to enjoy listening to in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. Ripattoni may be small but it is huge jn personality where the villagers welcome you with open arms. Beautiful Villa with stunning scenery and so peaceful too but with restaurants and bars a short distance away you can have the best of both worlds. Can’t wait to come back. We stayed with Paolo in a totally romantic, medieval village. Paolo's mother made every effort to communicate with us, although we could not speak Italian. Her stuffed olives were delicious and otherwise she looked after us touchingly. The surrounding area is wonderful for hiking. We highly recommend this beautiful stone house.
