We spent January in this beautiful place in Capalbio and it was just perfect! The location is quiet and close to nature, ideal for anyone looking to work and relax. The place has everything you need for everyday life. The workplace was excellent and perfect for productive work. The contact with the hosts was also great – always helpful and friendly. At the same time, we were able to relax wonderfully in the area and enjoy nature. All in all it was a wonderful stay, and we can fully recommend this place! Mario was special, accommodation with all the amenities, very clean, in a quiet area, with a usable park, also very well maintained. in addition to the very nice accommodation, it was nice to feel welcomed by Mario, like old friends. In addition to being in an optimal position to reach the beautiful beaches even on foot, the apartment is in a convenient position to visit the entire Maremma, the natural oasis of Lake Buriano, the Tarot Garden, Ansedonia, the archaeological park of Cosa, the entire Monte Argentario, Capalbio. It was a beautiful vacation, I will gladly return to Mario's.

When I say that Sonia's place is the cleanest I have ever stayed in, I mean the cleanest by far. Better than any 5-star hotel, any other rental, and even my own home. Everything in the apartment and the apartment itself is spotless - even the outdoor spaces and every utensil, dish, pan, switch, outlet, seat cushion. I was in awe. There are two outdoor spaces - a garden and a terrace, both very spacious. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The bathroom seems brand new and the shower was excellent. Sonia has thought of everything, supplying even hand and dish soap and laundry detergent, as well as water and coffee. The parking is very convenient, and the location is excellent - less than a 5-minute walk to the centro storico of Capalbio, where there are several restaurants. I loved my stay here and would definitely return the next time I am in the area. Sonia is very responsive and offers helpful suggestions on the area. Grazie mille, Sonia!
