Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Cannes

We have just returned from a lovely 3 night stay in Raphaël's apartment. It was very spacious and well presented. The patio had breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside to the sea. The property was in a very peaceful rural setting but still within a short walk from the nearest bus stops into Nice. Raphaël was a charming host who was very attentive. His communication throughout was very good. We would definitely like to return. Many thanks from the Rawles family.

This is a hidden gem in Cannes. I have stayed here twice now as it’s the perfect size and location for me when I attend a conference at the Palais. It is walkable to everything and is so safe and cozy. Silvia goes above and beyond as well. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Accommodation identical to the photos, ideal quiet location while being close to the tram and about twenty minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais. It is still difficult to park but a paid parking " Jeanne d 'Arc" is a 5-minute walk away and very secure. The space could be a bit warmer with a more modern decor. Our stay went very well. We will be sure to return for a future stay in Nice.

Clara and Sylvain gave clear instructions regarding the self check-in. It took us a couple tries but we sorted it out smoothly. The apartment was very comfortable, spacious and came with everything we needed, including washing machine, fans and aircon which came in handy in the warm afternoons. The apartment is in walking distance to the tram, train station and has a supermarket just 5 meters from the building. Would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for a place to stay in Nice!

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Very well located accommodation, close to the center of Saint Vallier de Thiey, quiet. I'll come back sometime!

Picture perfect and simply magic! The accommodation was warm, comfortable, and the balcony was ideal for enjoying the morning sun. The host was kind, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. A lovely family who even offered us a lift to a must-see destination—such a thoughtful and memorable touch.

The house is located in a safe gated street. The house itself is modern and airy, truly wonderful and relaxing with fantastic views over the mountains of Grasse. We met Julian's wife who kindly showed us around the house. They were very responsive and friendly. We had a fabulous time and would come again!

We lived for a week in Emmanuel's apartment and had a really good time. The outdoor space with a ping pong table is also great. Location of the house about 500 meters from the sea and the center of Juan les Pins. In general, ideal location for visiting the various towns of the French Riviera. Recommended.

The accommodation is very well located, we were on public transport, and everything is easily accessible. We are delighted with our stay, the co-host Valerie who welcomed us was very friendly and accommodating, thank you again! The apartment is very bright, pleasant and clean... I highly recommend it, and I hope we get the chance to come back.

The apartment is very nice, clean, well located and offers everything you need for the break, regardless if short or longer!! Allocated parking few steps away and feel-safe due to enclosed type property goes a long way. If we are down south in the future will definitely use again. We had a fantastic stay. The view is truly phenomenal. You won't get tired of it! Also wonderful to enjoy aperitifs on the very large terrace. All was well and sparkling clean. Very spacious apartment with spacious bedrooms, bathroom and spacious kitchen with all appliances. Highly recommended. A small downside is the lack of Wi-Fi, but good 4/5G reception.
