Vacation rentals with a sauna in Cannes

Antibes is a great location to be - right in between Nice and Cannes and this place checked all the marks as far as space, quality of apartment and its furnishings, and location. Location is extremely accessible and walkable, you can get an UBER just couple of minutes away and walk to the sea in 3 minutes. Most importantly, Stephane the property manager was very responsive and hands on. He greeted us and answered all our questions within a few minutes (sometimes seconds!!). I will definitely recommend this gem to my family and friends.

If you're looking for a location in Cannes that is walkable to all of the major attractions, look no further. This was a beautifully maintained apartment with plenty of room, great amenities, and in the perfect location.

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

Wow ! We loved our stay here. The location was perfect for hopping on the metro or some days we even walked. It is nestled in a quiet neighborhood very close to the supermarket so you can easily grab some things for the refrigerator. When we arrived Brian was there to let us in and we even got to check in early! He was also very responsive to any questions and very helpful. The pictures of this place do not do it justice! Honestly it looks even better in person . The balcony is huge and so perfect for lounging and family meals . Also the bedrooms were great sizes for 3 people . One room has a queen and the other has a king. The air conditioning was also lovely at night . Also , definitely try the hammam steam shower…soo nice at the end of the day walking so much! There is great wi-fi and a washing machine if you need it as well. Overall , I would definitely stay here again in Nice!

Very nice cottage in a beautiful environment and special touches from the owners. 😜 Lots of small outdoor spaces to sit and read, have a drink. Or simply contemplate nature. The view is splendid! A river below is also to be discovered. The owners' pets: cat and dog are also affectionate. We really enjoyed this place, too bad the weather wasn't great for us. Bad timing!

cool Airbnb for a short getaway. We were traveling by campervan and it rained heavily, so we spontaneously looked for accommodation. Everything went very quickly and the instructions were clear.

Stayed in this amazing place 2 months ago and had to come back! Its simply wonderful. Will come back again. The host, area, amenities, view… its wonderful. Five stars.

Good hotel near the airport

Stay from 2 weeks to 3 (me + 2 teenagers), without a vehicle, my priorities were accessibility and safety. A large supermarket a stone's throw away, Rue d 'Antibes is a 6-8 minute walk away, it was perfect. Very cute apartment and true to the description, very nice air conditioning, very nice and secure pool and residence. We had a great time in this apartment and this very pretty city.

We had an exceptional stay throughout the festival. The apartment was perfect, impeccably clean and comfortable, and the check-in process went smoothly. The pool, terrace and immediate proximity to the beach make this place the perfect place to fully enjoy the Côte d'Azur.

Very nice apartment with fantastic views. Amenities match the descriptions. Very large terrace with all amenities, such as large dining table and lounge furniture. The unit is very nicely maintained. The pool is sufficiently large. The proximity to the city and the beach is a great advantage. Very nice apartment for small families like us. Very quick and always friendly response from the hostess. We had a fantastic stay at Raphael’s house. The entire family was incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly wish for. From the well-equipped kitchen, the grill, the pool to the comfortable living spaces, it was perfect for our stay. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to come back!

An absolutely perfect house for families! Generously sized, equipped with every comfort and a beautiful sun terrace that invites you to linger. Especially in the evening it was a dream – cozy by the fireplace or in the sauna with breathtaking views of the starry sky. The neighbors were incredibly warm and we had enriching encounters that made our stay extra special. The absolute highlight, however, was the daily meeting with the lovely house chicken, which made this place even more unique with its charming nature. We will be happy to come back!

This house is a beauty - as a family of five, we felt very much at home and enjoyed the large (and, in parts, deep) swimming pool, the excellent equipment (from towels to strong internet to a variety of toys, including a ping-pong table) and the fully-furnished kitchen. It is a quiet but not lonely neighborhood, with the next city just a short albeit steep walk away. By car, all of the Côte d’Azur is easy to explore. Our point of contact, Albane, was very welcoming and always available and helpful - even at odd hours, when we accidentally triggered the alarm … It is a bit pricey, but in out view worth every cent. Thank you for an unforgettable vacation!

Very nice stay, flexible hours, clean place with all the amenities mentioned. Just a shame that the children's room doesn't have shutters/blackout curtains.
