Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Very nice quiet villa, the heated indoor pool with its hot tub is a real plus. Very spacious and well-equipped interior. We'll be happy to go back!

Small house, with all the necessary equipment, clean and tastefully decorated. Communication with Laetitia was smooth and cordial. Located in a quiet area and surrounded by greenery, we recommend it.

We had a marvelous stay at Thomas and Annie’s house. The view from the second floor balcony is stunning. Morning coffee there became our ritual from the first morning. The terrace in front of the house is very convenient. The house is decorated with great love to every detail. It is equipped with everything one needs, particularly the kitchen. We didn’t use it much, though, since we were lucky with the weather and Cabris hosts more than one good restaurant. We definitely hope to return. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, Annie!

Thomas is a welcoming and very responsive host, who will guide you according to the activities you want to do. Listing is as described with a little extra for the proposed hot tub. An ideal garden for small dogs, fully fenced. Great, we'll be back!

We had a great weekend, and communication with Stéphanie was very fluid both in advance and during the stay and she was very flexible. The house was clean and meets expectations. Very well sized for a group of 6 people.

Very beautiful, authentic, well-maintained house. Great view and responsive host very available. We had a lovely stay. The fact that the third bedroom double bed is on the mezzanine of the living room deserves to be described a little better on the listing we hadn't noticed right away.

Our stay with Roland and Nadine was truly wonderful. The key pickup via the lockbox was seamless, and they were always available to answer any questions, making us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. The house is a dream come true. Nestled in a private, quiet residential area on a hill, it offers breathtaking views over the bay, all the way to St. Tropez. Waking up to that view each morning was simply unforgettable. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the location is perfect, with supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches just minutes away. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing yet unforgettable holiday on the Côte d’Azur. Roland and Nadine went above and beyond to make our stay special.

What a wonderful stay! The cottage was sparkling clean and wonderfully fresh when we arrived. The location is perfect: quiet location yet close to great shops and restaurants. Everything we needed was present, from a well-equipped kitchen to nice beds. Communication with the host went smoothly and kindly. Highly recommended – we'd love to come back here!

We had a wonderful vacation at Giovanni's house 🥰 He greeted us personally upon arrival and calmly showed us the beautiful vacation home and explained everything. There's nothing missing in the house. Our children particularly liked the heated pool, so they were also able to spend the few rainy days well 💦 And we adults could enjoy the sauna 😃 The house is located in a quiet neighborhood. Bakers and shops are less than five minutes away by Car reachable. The spacious property is completely fenced and you don't have to worry about a child getting lost. We will be happy to come back! I booked this place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my family. The house has an exceptional location with a sensational view of the bay of Saint Maxime. A car is absolutely necessary. About, 10 minutes to the sea. Everything was to our complete satisfaction. Easy to find, uncomplicated check-in. All was perfectly prepared. ( Baby cot + high chair ) We immediately felt at home. In the house, there is enough space to cook and eat in the open living/kitchen area with 8 people. There is even a fireplace for cold days. The outdoor area is also awesome. Several levels to linger. Great pool, jacuzzi, sauna, even a boule area at the bottom of the property is available. Thank you Stephane for the wonderful holiday week. Frank & family

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

The house is located in a privileged, quiet and family-friendly location. It is perfectly located to visit the French Riviera area. I recommend it.

Catherine's place felt like a home from home to us. We loved it all! The beautiful terrace at sunrise and sunset, the afternoon lunch on the upper terraces, the late afternoon sunbathing on the bedroom's balcony, the apero on the deck by the pool, the evening by the fire in the cosy living room,..etc but what we loved most were the breathtaking views, and our long walks in the enchanting surrounding forest.

Very good experience. Very relaxing setting, the chalet is tastefully decorated. You really have to take the Spa option because the private cave is a magical relaxation area. I recommend it +++

The stay was just amazing, the cottage was very clean, very beautiful and very well organized, my sister and I enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beautiful garden outside the cottage. The hosts were very very friendly, very nice and always attentive. Frankly this cottage won our hearts and we will surely come back.😍
