Fabienne is a thoughtful host. The accommodation is well located, quiet and very well presented. The private covered parking space in the building is also appreciated . I would recommend it in a second.

The place was beautiful and Malika was a very amenable host – she even helped us figure out parking at the very last minute. Would be happy to stay here next time we are in Nice.

My husband and I spent a month here and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, a quick 10/15 minute walk to the beach and to old town and is near a grocery store, pharmacy, and tons of restaurants and cafes. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. Philippe was incredibly responsive, he made the check in so easy and he was immediately available if we needed anything. If we come back to Nice we would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Sebastien's flat for a few days while exploring Nice and the wider area and we couldn't be happier with our stay! The flat itself was very conveniently located, as well as very comfortable and with a lovely few from the living room window. Sebastien was very friendly and helpful and provided loads of recommendations for local restaurants and trips. We still have a lot of places we would like to visit in the Côte d'Azur so will definitely come back! Hugely recommend Sebastien's place :)

Very pleasant stay of a week at Valerie's apartment, the view from the living room is magnificent! The accommodation was very clean, very quiet, close to the city center on foot, well equipped and nicely decorated, and Valerie welcomed us very warmly upon arrival.

Marc is a great host, regularly asking for news , same for tips about beaches (beach jewel) , restaurants (The flying tomato) , breakfast (Mimi Faktory). Thank you Marc.

Cozy apartment with the stunning view from the balcony. Jean-Pierre is very friendly and proactive host. JP provided us with helpful suggestions on local restaurants, interesting places and museums. It’s the right place to spend family holidays.

Nadine is a very hospitable host. The accommodation is very well oriented and very bright. The view of a beautiful garden is very pleasant. The apartment is modern and functional. Being in the city center of La BOCCA, the private parking space is a very important asset.

Amazing stray at Emeline's place. She responded very fast to my messages and was extremely accommodating with our requirements, including very late check in and very early check out. The place was beautiful, welcoming and very clean.

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruno and Rose's place! They were the nicest couple and most welcoming hosts, providing us with videos and instructions before arrival and going over everything during check-in. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel right at home. The house was spacious, clean, and surrounded by beautifully designed garden with amazing views. We loved strolling through the peaceful landscape and relaxing by the pool. The kitchen was a highlight, with all the beautiful dishes that made every meal special and cooking a joy. The location was perfect – quiet, private and peaceful, yet just a short drive to supermarkets, restaurants, and close to the airport. Day trips to Nice, Monaco, and Cannes were easy. The hosts even left us thoughtful gifts, including wine from their personal cellar! We highly recommend their place and look forward to staying again if we're ever back in the region.

Wow! We were treated like royalty. We felt very well taken care of and they did not lack any details. We felt right at home with a gorgeous view and accommodation. We were even able to change our dates due to unforeseen circumstances and they were extremely accommodating. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Great stay in a spotless and very well decorated apartment with a secure parking space. Fatiha is very responsive to respond and very attentive to her hosts! We will definitely come back to this apartment!

Really nice 4th floor unit overlooking the mediterranean, in between Roquebrune Cap and Menton. It was easy to find, on a busy street right below the unit, but it didn't bother us. You are walking distance (about a 20 - 25 min walk) to Menton and about 25 min drive to Monte Carlo /Monaco. The uber cost was about 30 euro to get to Montecarlo. The unit is in an older building, but the actual place is tastefully renovated. The host clearly took a lot of care to ensure all the little details you need when staying in a vacation rental were taken care of (we even found things like electrical plug converters in the unit for people visiting from outside of europe, which was thoughtful). There was nothing we would have changed or added if it were our own.

A great place as we return as a great experience. Excellent location, walkable to the beach, close to airport and to restaurants. Will return back soon. Kevin

We had a great weekend at Emmanuel's place which is available and attentive. Listing is as described. We were able to enjoy the terrace and barbecue in early October which was very nice. The accommodation between simple floors, functional with all the amenities you need, invites you to go out to enjoy the beautiful city of Antibes , the pretty beaches and the Cap d 'Antibes hike. We recommend.

Everything was perfect. Very clean accommodation, with private parking, comfortable and close to everything. Great experience and timely communication. Definitely recommended to stay in Roquebrune and visit the surrounding area.

Great location with a short walk to Menton and fantastic bakeries all around. We were just steps away from the beach and it was fantastic. We’d gladly visit again!
