Bring your ATV's as you can ride them from the property directly to the trails, no trailering required! Minutes to Royal Blue and Tackett Creek trail heads and Lake Norris boat ramp. Stop at the gas station to fill up and grab snacks and ice, have breakfast at the Diner, and then head to the trails. After a days ride stop for dinner in town. Welcome to our peaceful and family-friendly farmhouse cottage with 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths, located in a quiet private location just minutes away from interstate 75 Jellico exit and a short drive to many ATV trails like Royal Blue and others. For your convenience there is a circle drive easily accessible for those pulling trailers. We have lots of room to unload ATVS and trailer/ truck parking. We are located 42 miles to The University of Tennessee, and many other points of interest in Knoxville.

You will have the wonderful convenience of unloading your trailer & riding to the trails. We are located 4 minutes off exit 134. You can be at The Flats on Windrock in 30 minutes, The Eternal Flame on Windrock in about 45 minutes. Nemo Tunnel and Brushy Mountain Prison is about a 15 hour round trip. Royal Blue is conveniently less than 20 minutes. There you will find, The Top Of The World, Widow Maker, & many others. Travel about 20 minutes farther down Royal Blue to Tacket Creek.

Quiet friendly neighborhood just .9 miles to ATV trails no trailering required, hiking, Lakes with Marina's with boat rentals, parks, Elk viewing area. 1 hour drive to Knoxville airport, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, Kentucky Splash, Cumberland Falls. House is a 2 bdrm/2 bath/5 bed 1200 sgft home. Can sleep up to 7 people comfortably. After a day of riding the beautiful and challenging trails stop for dinner or enjoy the firepit and grilling at the home.

This is a well appointed delightful, completely and comfortably furnished SMOKEFREE 2 bedroom, one bath apartment located on the ground floor of our house. The surroundings include over an acre of thickly wooded area with ample parking for both cars and boats. About one half mile down the road is the very upscale Twin Cove marina. We do not allow animals.

We had a great stay perfect size and we didn’t have any issues finding it everything was clean and in a great location. What really sold us was the covered dock slip it was easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay again.

Quick business trip. Can describe Flossie’s in two words - Comfortable and quaint. Everything you need. Decorated for Halloween!! Misty is responsive and helpful. High speed internet was a plus. The house is secluded for peaceful sleep. Front porch perfect place to sit and relax. Location is a good ways from any restaurants - you’ll enjoy the scenery as you venture out.

This is a must stay! The house has an open concept with lots of extra touches that make you feel right at home. Plus it was spotless!! The property is private and so cool! Private dock, beautiful scenery, and a deck with best views. I can’t say enough great things about this property. We will be back!!!

This place was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and a great spot to stay. The ample parking made it super convenient for our trucks, trailers, and side-by-sides. Plus, the location couldn’t be better! Being so close to Royal Blue trails meant we didn’t have to trailer our rigs back and forth, which was a huge bonus. Overall, a great place with everything you need for a hassle-free stay. I would definitely stay here again!
