Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Cameron Parish

The camp had everything we needed to step back from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It was the perfect place for our outdoor adventure trip! During the first part of each day, we would take our boat out on the lake to fish and relax. We caught several nice fish every day. In the late afternoons, we would drive down to the fishing and crabbing piers on Sabine Wildlife Refuge; this is where we fished and crabbed til sunset. We would head back to the camp and relax in the outdoor kitchen cooking our catch of the day. We had the best time soaking in nature along with everything the lake and surrounding area had to offer. Definitely, will be back for another fun-filled trip!!!

I rented this house for my daughter and her friends to celebrate prom weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! As a mom, I wanted somewhere safe, spacious, and memorable—and this home delivered all of that and more. The house is stunning inside and out, with plenty of room for everyone to hang out, get ready, take prom pictures, and relax afterward. The back porch and pier were a dream—perfect for sunset photos and some peaceful kayak time the next morning. The giant turquoise chair and string lights added just the right amount of magic to the weekend. The location felt private but still had great access to the water and surrounding area. The kids had a blast (and I felt totally at ease knowing they were in a secure, comfortable place). We made beautiful memories here that we’ll never forget. Highly recommend this house for any special occasion—or if you just want to soak in the view with some good company!

Love being right on the beach. Also loved that the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Great for shell hunting and fishing. The kids loved the sunroom where they could all bunk together. The screened in patio was a life saver when the mosquitos came out. Will be back!

It’s always a plus to stay as close to job site as we can. This is very convenient in that aspect! Not much around Cameron to do but feel very blessed to find a place so close to jobsite! The Spotted Tail had a historical camp feel with all the modern necessities. It was clean and comfortable with an awesome view of the lake. We enjoyed fishing from the pier and there was easy access to the boat launch. We enjoyed playing family games at night around the game table in the living area. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. There was plenty of covered outdoor seating including a hammock. The host, David, came by to check on us and was very friendly. He was very responsive. We enjoyed it so much we’d love to go back.

We didnt get in until well after midnight, had a little trouble finding the place. Gps sent me a block or so away. She answered even tho it was so late and helped me find the place. We didnt get to enjoy the lake because we left early for our travels home, but we will definitely be back when we can enjoy the beautiful place! Beds were like sleeping on clouds. So we got some amazing well needed rest!

We had the most incredible stay at this impeccable beach house. The place was squeaky clean, beautifully maintained, and exuded a tranquil, relaxing vibe that made it hard to leave. The host was absolutely wonderful—attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. Every detail was perfect, from the stunning beach views to the cozy, inviting interior. I’d love to come back again and again—this gem is a true paradise!

We had a great few days. This was a good place for the price plenty of beds ,lots of room very peaceful. would definitely stay again.
