We spent 1 week at Villa Layla with 5 adults, one toddler and one baby. Federico was a great host, responded quickly, also helped with other requests and a special situation great and responded quickly. Thank you ! His staff Elia was super friendly and helpful and even spoke German. Thanks, too, at this point ! The house is as described - great pool, plenty of bathroom for all bedrooms and clean. The kitchen is well-equipped - only flaws were missing pot holders and maybe 1-2 more dish towels. But these are small things. We felt very comfortable. The location of the house is very quiet - you definitely need a car, for shopping etc. Many beautiful beaches nearby :)

It was a fantastic stay and Simone's description as a superhost is spot on! Very kind, attentive and available to our requests. The house is as described, ideal for families and very close to the sea. We had a great time... and it's one of those places where I'd love to go back.

We had a great week in this great house. The accommodation is beautiful (faithful to the photos), clean, very functional. It is perfectly equipped. The exterior is very beautiful, very well maintained. And the pool… superb (and heated!). Stefano is very friendly and very responsive, he responds immediately to any questions and sincerely cares about the well-being of his tenants. Nick and his family were the picture of hospitality, they offered local recommendations, provided local drinks for our stay, and were consistently friendly. The place matched the description and photos well and the check in process was very smooth thanks to the quick responses of the host. The villa was incredibly clean with laundered linen and a beach and wash towel package for each guest. We had one small issue which involved the gas for the hob but that was resolved literally within minutes and didn’t affect the quality of our stay at all. The location was good with a pleasant town nearby with good restaurants and places to visit. There was also a beach within walking distance with beautiful clear water. If you wanted to just stay by the pool though you could absolutely spend the day there. There were a range of sofas and loungers and a big enough and warm enough pool to facilitate any games or races you could imagine or simply just relaxing! We would definitely recommend!

My family and I loved staying at the villa. The layout is unique but worked really well for our group. The proximity to the beach was very nice, but the pool was the real gem of the place. Our kids were in it all the time. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely villa!

Riccardo was an excellent host. Extremely responsive and gave great recommendations for the area. The house is beautiful and has plenty of room for anything you need.

Beautiful house with a great pool! Ideally located between Cagliari and the great beaches of Chia. Quiet location in private community with fantastic views! Check-in worked out great. Sabrina gave us great tips for beaches and restaurants. Heartfelt recommendation, would go back anytime! Gracie mille Sabrina!

What a beautiful home! Absolutely charming inside with all amenities you could hope for. The gardens and pool were wonderful and my 3 girls loved taking their breakfast up to the roof terrace. But without doubt the location is beyond stunning. A short stroll to a beautiful beach perfect for swimming and Snorkeling. The town is a 7 minute drive away, with shops and restaurants. Truly we could not have asked for a more perfect stay. Nicolette was very kind, waiting for our very late arrival, greeting us with snacks and water and sending a comprehensive list of things to do in the area. We can't wait to come back! x

This is one of those houses you dream about but never really come across. It is right on the beach, it is full character, truly unique and beautiful. It feels like a home from the moment you step in. You do need a car to get around but there is so much to see and explore. Shops, restaurants, little village everything is 5mins drive or a 15mins bike ride away (there were 2 bicycles we used daily) The house itself feels like the most authentic Sardinian dream. Pictures do not do it justice. Must experience!!!!! We loved every second of our stay.

We loved the location almost right on the long and beautiful beach and right on the lagoon. A great beach cafe is a 15-minute walk away. We actually only used the beautiful garden and pool for breakfast together because of our preference for the beach. We had a great week as a group of 5 women.

Great host. Very proactive and very responsive to our questions. The house was as described and matched the pictures. Only a few steps to the beach. Lovely pool that our children really enjoyed in particular.

We had a lovely stay at Antonio & Cristina's place. The location was very peaceful with a beautiful sea view, and the house was equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the small private pool. Cristina was very responsive & friendly both before & during our stay. The beach, supermarket & local restaurants are all a short drive away, but you definitely need a car to get around.

A great stay, in a very pleasant villa and suitable for 2 families with 2 children. Clean, soothing villa, simple but efficient decoration, very nice exterior and small terrace on the first floor. Lots of comfort for the stay, very simple and very provided to start the vacation without stress. Communication was easy and responsive. Small downside for the pool compared to the time of our stay (early April). A little heated water would have been the BEST to enjoy more. Thank you

We had a great stay, the house is spacious, as described, the residence is quiet and clean, we even saw deer and deer!! Beautiful terrace and pool. Antonella is very kind and flexible (we arrived a little late). They welcomed us with some local specialties. I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Maurizio's place, he's a very responsive host, always available to help and very respectful of our privacy. The apartment was perfect for my partner and our 3 year old. Stunning location with everything you need provided. The pictures don't do it justice. The rooms are lovely and roomy, very cool and quiet. It is completely and utterly peaceful. We also got a lot of visitors from the nearby cats and dogs! Would 100% recommend 👌
