The suggested destination is the Sella del Diavolo ("Devil's Saddle") promontory, so called after an old legend. We will drop anchor to swim in crystal clear waters in a wonderful cove, and I will swim with you to discover secret caves. If remaining time is enough, we will then sail in front of the Poetto beach. During sailing, you will be taught the basic principles of sailing, how a sailboat works and the function and use of the different maneuvers; but most importantly you will admire breathtaking landscapes, which will be described in details. If we are lucky, dolphins will follow us during the navigation! Generally, the morning experience is ideal for swimmers, as it is usually less windy, and the afternoon tour is ideal for sailing in fresher winds.

After a short briefing we first snake around huge boulders while the white limestone cliff gets higher and higher and the water takes every shade of blue. It is here that we realize that there's not a better way to explore this breathtaking corner than easily sitting on a kayak. On our route we find small beaches cutted into the cliff, bunkers of the second world war, caves and different kind of birds. Our destination is a sandy little beach, quite difficult to reach by foot because set into the rock, where we can stretch our legs and wear our snorkeling kits, there's another world to explore! On our way back we change perspective and our attention is captured by details that we had not noticed before, enjoying every single meter. Civilization is waiting for us, the good thing is that now we can have a well deserved drink!

Yes: the streets are often narrow and some are unknown to most: the bee is the ideal way to learn about and discover a different city, otherwise, perhaps, invisible. Mrs. Marcella and her wonderful gardens in the Villanova district, the lord of the castle's capers , the residences of the old Spanish bourgeoisie and many viewpoints where to take fabulous pictures: just to mention a few things that will accompany us. We will visit the historic center (and the beaches if you like): we are not a driver and a passenger. I would like to share with you the luck of living these places. You will come back from this experience with many photos, a coffee in your stomach, several laughs and with the wonderful feeling of having lived Cagliari not as a consumer but as a traveler. After a couple of minutes of training session to familiarize yourselves with the Segway, the tour of the city begins. It will take you around historical buildings, museums and breathtaking locations. What differentiates this tour from the others and makes it entertaining and unforgettable at the same time, is the use of segway which allows you to edge your way through the most hidden and fascinating alleys of the old city. Our guided tour focuses on all the artistic treasures which you will admire in total safety and with minimal effort. The route includes regular pauses for picture-taking at the highest and most beautiful points of the city. After a few minutes of driving the Segway, you will be mesmerized by the feeling you are flying over the pavement; the most difficult part of the tour will be to hop off the machine at the end! Half day excursion in rubber dinghy with skipper With a comfortable 10-meter dinghy, guided by my father's nautical experience as a skipper, we will sail between the beaches of the Golfo degli Angeli starting from the Port of Cagliari. We will visit beaches and places in the city of Cagliari that can only be reached by sea, telling you the stories and legends of our coast. We will make three swimming stops on the beaches of Calamosca, the Sella del Diavolo and the Poetto where you can take photos and videos underwater and snorkel with a mask and snorkel to admire the seabed and the fish. I am a personal surfing guide in Sardinia. I count 25 years of experience behind it, I know and frequent the island's spots. I am available for those who, fascinated by Sardinia, want to have an intense and immersive surf experience. We will go hunting for waves, by car or camper, making sure we find the best conditions. The level of experience required intermediate / high. No surf school. It is recommended to bring your own equipment (wetsuit, board). If that's not possible, please let me know before you book and we will arrange for the rental. Important: To live this experience we need the waves and these are obviously not programmable. So, it all depends on the weather / sea conditions. If the conditions are not right, the experience can be canceled or postponed. Finally, since Sardinia is not just surfing, we can enrich the experience with wine and food routes, archaeological visits, hiking and boat tours. Cagliari is beautifully situated on the Gulf of Angels. In the south of town there is a small foothills, which is ideal for longer hikes, but also shorter walks (even with children)! The Devil's Sattel and Cape Sant'Elia are two larger limestone hills, which can come up with panoramic views of Cagliari and the Gulf of Angels, the typical Mediterranean flora, interesting traces from the past, and fantastic bays, and sandy beaches. Hikers who aim for a longer tour, but also those (e.g. also families) who want to take a shorter or easier walk, I offer individual tours on Mondays or Thursdays. The number of people on my tours is limited and, depending on the type of excursion, they last between 3 and 4 hours. After our trip, I look forward to a small donation from you! You should definitely bring sun protection, enough water and a snack for in between as well as wearing sturdy shoes, comfortable sports or hiking clothes. Swimming gear is also highly recommended. Il tour parte dal porto e si naviga verso est in direzione del Poetto, la spiaggia cittadina di Cagliari passando davanti a S.Elia, Cala Bernat, Cala Mosca e il vecchio stabulario, Cala Fighera dove faremo la prima sosta per il bagno se le condizioni lo permettono, la Grotta dei Colombi dove vedremo la faccia del Diavolo e vi verrà raccontata la legenda che da il nome alla Sella del Diavolo per arrivare alle piscine di Gasole dove le scogliere bianche sovrastano il mare cristallino color smeraldo del Golfo degli Angeli… se il mare fosse agitato e non permette la sosta lì si proseguirà sino alla prima fermata del Poetto dove le acque sono più calme Ai passeggeri verrà offerta una piccola degustazione di prodotti locali e verrà data la possibilità di acquistare a bordo bevande fresche ! Vivrai una giornata su una splendida imbarcazione d'epoca, costruita nel 1962 e appena riportata al suo splendore. Partiremo da Cagliari per raggiungere la bellissima Cala Fighera, passando prima davanti a Cala Mosca. Ci sposteremo poi davanti alla grotta dei colombi. Durante questa sosta prepareremo drink e aperitivi, ci sposteremo poi verso il Poetto passando davanti alla meravigliosa sella del diavolo, qui serviremo un leggero pranzo e serviremo altri drink preparati a bordo. Intorno alle 14:00 rientreremo a Cagliari ( a vela, vento permettendo). Le soste possono subire variazioni in base alle condizioni del mare e del vento. We will leave with our sail boat from the port of Cagliari to discover the other side of the city, with its coves and the splendid Sella del Diavolo, under which to taste the "Aperitivo dell'Armatrice" offered by the house and take a dip in the crystal clear waters. During the trip I will tell you a bit of history of the city, of our life on the boat, of the myth of the devil under the saddle and I will let you listen to our unique musical instrument, the launeddas. And let's not forget that you can have fun maneuvering the boat with the help of our captain : D Other things to note We are in a sailboat and therefore the timing and stops will be affected by the wind and marine weather. In case of bad weather it will be possible to repeat the experience on another day.

We’ll visit Cagliari’s most important market and enjoy the taste of local products, meet our fishmongers, butchers, dairy and fruit & veg merchants, and discover together some truly Sardinian gastronomic traditions. I will let you discover and taste some typical products and almond-based desserts. The visit will end with a gourmet tasting of ham and cheeses, at one of the Market’s stands. The visit to the market and tasting will take about 1,5 hours. Other things to note Please let me know in advance if you have any allergies or food intolerances. We will continue the experience for Happy Walking , where we will stop to reflect on its history, then we will also visit the Roman Amphitheater from the outside and explain why it was so important for the history of Cagliari. We will also go through the church of San Michele to the Church of Sant'Anna, explaining the various curiosities and their history. Then we will go to one of the busiest places in Cagliari of all times, the current Yenne Square, where we could admire the most famous statue,enriched with so much curiosity. Escursione a vela al tramonto. Partenza dal porticciolo di Marina Piccola , con navigazione verso le meravigliose scogliere del maestoso promontorio Sella del Diavolo, in base al meteo lo skipper sceglierà il posto più adatto per dove gettare l’ancora e sorseggiando un ottimo aperitivo, attenderemo il tramonto, un momento magico per terminare la giornata in maniera indimenticabile. Possibilità di un bagno sotto le stelle. Per i più volenterosi potranno fare pratica di vela e di navigazione, alternandosi al timone e alle virate in tutta sicurezza. Rientro con navigazione notturna al Porto turistico.
