Monthly Rentals in Butte Valley

As always, this is our favorite place to stay in the Chico area. The location is easily accessible to our family, restaurants and other amenities that make the farm the perfect place for us. Linda is a great host and we looking to visit soon.

We were visiting Paradise for the night to spend time with friends + family. Enjoyed our stay at Deitrich’s place. Very clean and bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

This cabin was absolutely adorable and exceeded all of our expectations! From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the host had put so much thought into every little detail. There were snacks, coffee, cold water and ice waiting for us, along with thoughtful extras like shampoo, conditioner, and even spare toothbrushes—things that truly make a place feel welcoming and cared for. But what really stole our hearts was the garden. It was like stepping into a dream—so beautifully maintained, with roses and a stunning variety of flowers lining charming pathways. We wandered for hours, completely captivated by the peaceful beauty around us. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and we’re already dreaming of coming back. Highly, highly recommended!
