if you are looking for an atypical place to discover the region you have chosen well. Our nesting accommodation in the trees was perfect , you have to love calm, nature and simple things. The beach is a 20mn walk ( you can avoid the road by the way ), beautiful walks are possible not far from there. Jean Jacques and Florence are very nice . we recommend

We had a wonderful stay in the treehouse quirky and very different with excellent views great location for Carlingford and two minutes walk from a friendly local bar extremely dog friendly Padraig went out of his way to meet us and was very responsive and helpful thanks so much Karen Stephen and Jessie 🐶

We had a lovely stay at this treehouse which was very cleverly designed over 3 levels. The kids loved having their own bedrooms and we had everything we needed for our stay. It felt very 'Swiss Family Robinson'. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The games room was a fun addition and loved by our teenagers. The little town was an easy walk away and very cute. We had a fabulous 2 night stay :)

Perfect for relaxing and chilling . Peace in the area is pure treatment for souls indeed.

Stayed at many hotels and AirB&Bs and I must say this was by far the most beautiful, peaceful getaway we’ve ever had. The treehouse itself is more wonderful than the pictures and there is literally everything you need there. Lucinda hasn’t cut any corners whatsoever and so much effort has been put into making this place absolutely incredible. As for the location, you are free to walk round acres of stunning countryside and woodland areas and it feels like you’re the only people on earth there. This weekend has exceeded everything we could have hoped for and would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to escape reality for a couple of nights.

Had a lovely stay, very peaceful surroundings and all you need right there. It is warm in the treehouse even in February, a peacock came to say hello and there is a village within walking distance. Great for being with nature and having a peaceful time out. The bed has more space than you may think from the photos - more than fine for 2 adults.

Myself and my Husband stay here for 2 nights and had a lovely time. Victoria was there to meet us when we arrived and showed us around her amazing place. It has everything you need and also local pubs that do amazing food if you want to venture out. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Victoria :)

Bigger and better than the photos, all the great reviews here are to be believed, our only regret is we weren’t staying longer, key instructions are very simple and easy to set up ahead of time to activate at the checkin time, google maps led us to the correct entrance. Trees and foliage between the main house and the Cabin make this feel very private, with the sauna and hot tub a short walk away and even more private! Lots of things to discover and nice additions and touches here and there. Heating and lighting all straight forward and labelled on the switches and the controllers, beds were all very very comfortable. We will definitely be back in the summer and for a couple of nights, would recommend this to couples, adult groups and parents/kids, there is something here for everyone!

We absolutely loved our stay at the treehouse! It a quiet, private and peaceful place. A great amount of space, comfy areas to relax, the hot tub was gorgeous at night looking up at the stars. The kitchen is fully equipped, we made food one of the nights and went to a local pub the next night. The projector is a great addition with access to Netflix. Richmond is also a lively town, the castle is outstanding! There are some lovely places to eat. Lisa and Martin were great hosts. We would love to come back!

John, who built the treehouse welcomed us on arrival and gave us a concise tour of its features and amenities. He was very warming and a pleasure to listen to. You WILL NOT be disappointed with the treehouse, it was amazing in every sense of the word. Pristine, charming, characterful, warm, unique are just some of the many superlatives we could use. The care and attention that has been lovingly poured into creating this place is inspirational. Do book without hesitation.

Beautiful place the team arranged birthday bunting and a bouquet for my girlfriend extremely helpful and attentive if necessary, had plenty of fire wood for the hot tub outside which was stunning and such a cozy inside place. The team have made a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere which we adored. Would’ve changed nothing so wholesome and quiet ☺️

A wonderfully built, set up and looked after log cabin. Beautifully remote setting with everything needed to switch off and unwind for a few days. We loved cooking in the oven over the wood burner, reading books snuggled under the blankets and walking our dog in the fields. Our dog thoroughly enjoyed his break too. There was no secure garden area just for our property, but taking a long lead worked well for our dog, as did the many other dog-friendly touches that were thoughtfully put in place for our stay. We felt very well looked after and felt that it was such an honour to be able to stay in Log Jam.

A lovely and fun place to stay. We had a great time and only wished we had more time to make full use of the space. Thanks for hosting us!

Serene in accomodation and location. Truly feels like you're worlds away from civilization and in this kind of world it is just what you need. Some amazing craftsmanship has been practiced to make this beautiful tiny home. I would advise that there is quite a steep incline to access the property and for the quite unfit (aka me) my partner and I had some jelly legs whilst carting our two kids up the steps. A lovely touch with the welcome package - so thank you. Sorry my little boy cracked a glass!

After hiking the trails and walking through the big cities, this place was the perfect relaxing location to get away from everything and just relax. The peacefulness was great, and sitting in the hot tub overlooking the hills of Ireland was a very special memory that will forever be cherished.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Treehouse - it was so peaceful and relaxing for our weekend away. The location was easy to find following the helpful instructions on the check in, and they were very welcoming. We loved the location as it was so calm and having the animals nearby in the fields was lovely. We would definitely stay here again would recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area who wants a calm and recharging time near nature!

Carol was such a lovely host, who made us feel right at home from when we got there. The hut was amazing and cosy and we loved the hot tub. Had everything you’d want for a break away, fire pit was a great extra. In a beautiful area, Carol gave us a great beach recommendation too! Will definitely be coming back here x

The treetops accommodation was fantastic, a great experience all around. The location is brilliant, surrounded by tall trees in the darkness was a very relaxing setting, especially whilst cooking a Pizza in an outside Pizza oven! Charlotte was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and help when we had a question. The accommodation was lovely and clean, bedding was comfortable, good cooking equipment and the shower experience was really pleasant also.

This place was perfect , guy & Jo was great the farm was amazing with sheep , horses & wildlife . The puppy come to great us with guy and was telling us all about the tree house and farm . We thought it would be a trek to the shower but wow we was blown away with the bathroom and in the tree house was an own toilet to .. perfect for sitting out under the star with fire pit , had a bbq if needed aswell .. we was told to bring wellies we did , also floor of tree house may be cold but we was really cosy and heater was amazing . Really cosy and would go back again was a really great experience and night away THANKYOU

Why do weekend getaways when you can do weekday getaways? Kate's BNB was the perfect spot for a mid week break to just escape the busy city life and enjoy the simple slow farm life. The place is cozy and warm with a very homely feel, fully equipped with everything that you will need. (just make sure to carry food as the closest restaurant is atleast a 20 minute drive and you don't want to leave the place once you get there) You are surrounded by the beautiful lush green of the hills, the smell of fresh grass and crisp air. Kate herself is so warm and lovely. She was always available and made our stay very pleasant. Will surely be back here again in the summer ☺️

We enjoyed our stay in Nathan's hut. Perfect location for walking the end section of the South West Coast Path.

It was amazing, Carol was always attentive and willing to help. aboutd There is no way to explain how incredible and magical the house is, it looks like something out of a dream. I had a great rest and the peace that the landscape brings to us was incredible. My boyfriend and I loved it and want to go back soon. Very much. Thank you for the stay.
