Nice modern apartment, host responds very quickly 👌🏻

A perfect little bolthole for a break in our long journey. Easy to find and really central just off the High Street - also free parking nearby. Flat was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. We enjoyed a super meal out and also seeing the band and horses out for the Thursday Night Chase, part of the Common Riding. Very much recommend Neil’s place - superb value.

Gorgeous apartment, even better than the pictures. We booked for a girls night away and had such a lovely time. Detailed and clear instructions for check in & flat was so clean with a lovely view. Team were on hand prior and during our stay for any questions, really lovely building and felt safe staying here as a group of girls. Will definitely be staying again!

We had a lovely stay at Jon’s apartment in Bournemouth. Check-in was super easy, and the place was absolutely spotless – really clean and well looked after. Communication with Jon was great throughout, which made everything smooth and hassle-free. Even though the weather wasn't ideal one of the days, we were more than happy to chill in the apartment – it was cozy and comfortable, a perfect space to relax. The shower and bathroom were excellent, and everything worked well. One small thing to note: the cooker didn’t work one morning as we didn’t realise there’s a switch hidden behind the bin in the larder unit. Not a big deal for us – we just had a cold breakfast instead. Also, the knives could do with replacing as they struggled to cut through a croissant! The elevator is compact – fine for two people but a tight squeeze with luggage – though we didn’t mind using the stairs at all. Overall, the apartment was outstanding and we’d definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

The flat is in walking distance to a lot of places including Greenwich and close to bus and train services. it is close to a plethora of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Antonio was responsive to any questions that I had during and before my stay within a short time. The flat is near to my family, so I'll definitely keep him in mind for future stays. Great place, was just perfect for us visiting family and friends. Big rooms, well decorated and fitted out with everything you need for your stay. Great location, can jump on the met in 5 mins, lovely parks and walks from the apartment. Gated grounds with secure parking. A gem, will stay again.

Mariusz was an exceptional host, very responsive and clear. Very accommodating to your needs. Views are amazing, great location to local transport. Has access to a gym. We even extended our stay a couple days and that was very easy. Place was clean and cosy.

We stayed for 3 nights and couldn’t fault the accommodation. Everything was new. We had our dog with us and wanted to use the green space in the parks opposite but a council run music and arts festival had taken them over so this was unexpected and a little inconvenient. The location of the apartment was excellent, with the Royal Pavilion, the sea front and the Lanes being very close on foot. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Chelsi is a fantastic host, so communicative, friendly and so helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the forest house. The bedrooms were lovely and spacious, the tv in the living room is amazing and we loved the conservatory and the hot tub. The coffee and tea amenities provided were very generous and thoughtful. Chelsi provided great recommendations for places to visit and walks into the forest straight from the house. We would highly recommend staying at forest house.

We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

Our stay was wonderful. The house had everything that we needed and much more. There are a number of shops close by with a little Spar a walking distance away - amazing location. All the rooms were clean and lovely to stay in. The shower! I could have stayed in the shower for HOURS if possible! It was incredibly handy to have the washer and dryer available too! John made sure we had some milk and orange juice in the fridge, not to mention the amazing cookies ready for my coffee. We will be travelling back to Exeter in September again and will 100% be booking with Bez again.

We were a family party of 7 who meet up the same time each year. This accommodation was just perfect - literally had anything you need. We were lucky with the weather and managed to have 2 BBQ in the lovely garden. Would definitely stay here again

An exceptionally spacious house with a large and very well appointed kitchen and a tremendous lounge (with enormous TV) that is ideal for a large family to enjoy company in comfort. The heating is individually controlled by room via thermostatic radiators which worked well. The kitchen had all the appliances you could need for cooking including two air fryers and a slow cooker. In summary, a great house for a large family or group.

We had a really lovely stay this weekend for 2 nights as a little getaway. We had 2 toddler boys who loved having lots of toys to play with, the garden looked amazing too however the weather said otherwise! Frances was really great communicating with us & made us feel really comfortable.

We had the most perfect stay at Liam’s house. It is just fabulous and both the main house and barn were just perfect for our family gathering. We were celebrating my parents 50 years of marriage and it couldn’t have been in a nicer surrounding. Big kids loved the games room, we are loved the different areas to chill in and have a drink and a game. Everything was amazing…some even used the gym! Thanks again. I’m sure we’ll be back. X x
