Beautiful property close to a ton of local attractions and beaches. The resort has tons of amenities. Never a dull moment. Communications was excellent. Thank you Sabine.

Everything was great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Room had all the amenities you need and was easy walking distant to most places. I had a couple questions checking in and Kendall responded within seconds. When you've got all this stuff going on and don't really know where you are, that was super helpful.

I had an amazing time staying at this location, the pictures couldn’t even do a justice to how breathtaking the view was from our room! I truly love how spacious and welcoming it was ! I also love the beach so being able to walk out to the boardwalk and enjoy a day outside so easily made the trip one to remember !!If I return I will 100% be looking into this room again !! I completely recommend this spot :) Book the trip !!

Our stay was flawless. Rich sent detailed instructions that made check-in very easy. The space looks just as the pictures describe, and the view is stunning. The location is great, and the host was able to provide last minute late-checkout which I appreciated. I recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful ocean view! Perfect for a quick getaway with my husband and 11 year old for spring break! Maggie was super responsive to questions we had. Check in/out was easy and security staff was super sweet. Easy parking. I could imagine being here in the summer, just a few short steps to the beach! Definitely a sweet spot that you shouldn’t miss!

Everything was perfect for our family time in Ocean City, NJ. Loved the accommodations, a well stocked kitchen, and several decks for outside enjoyment. Beach chairs were also provided along with a beach wagon. The owners thought of everything!

Aimee's place was perfect for a quick trip for me and my 9yo. Such a convenient location! Easy walk to beach and amusement park. Aimee had beach tags and equipment all ready for us. The outdoor shower was so helpful. We would definitely stay at Aimee's place again! Thanks!

This was my first time in ocean city in over 40 years. I had such an awesome incredible experience with the condo being walking distance from every thing and especially the boardwalk!!! I got up early and went to the beach to see sunrise and got a lot of awesome shells. The ocean was breathe taking with its rough seas absolutely beautiful I took a video. My dogs first time on vacation and they were excellent!!! I would absolutely rent from Kelsey again ❤️👍👍

Awesome place! Thank you for a Great stay. Really a Stone's throw away from the Beach Beautiful beach decor . Though we didnt cook much at all it seemed like a well stocked kitchen if you wanted to. Overall great stay . Would recommend to others and stay again if back in the area. Thank you 😊

Jennifer and her husband were great. Quick communication turn around. We had an issue with the key code at check in and it was resolved within minutes. The only word of caution I would offer is that there are A LOT of stairs to the entrance of the apartment. We we’re traveling with a baby and a toddler, so we had quite a bit of stuff to carry up and down. It all worked out and was fine, but I didn’t realize ahead of time how many stairs there really were. Other than that everything was great.

This place is the best we ever stayed. Everything you need is the kitchen was there. Looks better in person. We will definitely stay there again when in area. Beds are extremely comfortable which is important because I travel with my mom that has back issues. Large Living TV for movies. Close to the beach also. Thanks for making my getaway great!!!

Excellent stay in a peaceful location. We brought our golden retriever and he was so happy in the fully fenced in yard (it is a shared yard with the upper unit so watch that the gate is always latched) the master bedroom has a door to the back yard so you barely have to get out of bed to let your pet outside. We arrived right after a snow storm and the driveway, porch and back yard were neatly shoveled and the house was toasty warm for us. It’s the perfect family gathering place! Lots of room, entertainment, and just fully stocked with everyday items… even extra toilet paper, coffee, detergent, batteries, spices and toiletries … and a tool box… just perfect! Soooo close to the beach, you can hear seagulls all day long. Would definitely stay again

Great small condo in a pretty good area with everything you could need right on the boardwalk. Much quieter, cheaper, and cleaner than some of the casino hotels. Would definitely stay here again.

Nicholas’s little gem was exactly as described. We’ve stayed in this building before but this was our first time in this unit. Everything went smooth from check in to check out. Heads up for check out- make sure you leave a little early for the elevator traffic. My husband forgot something in the room and it took a bit of time to get down. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The view is beautiful. I loved waking up to the sound of the ocean and seagulls each morning. The weather was nice while we were there so we got to walk around the boardwalk. There are plenty of good options nearby. Nicholas quickly responds if you ever needed him. We felt right at home and did not wanted to leave. It was a relaxing getaway and we look forward to coming back.

everything was great!!.the stay was comfy..clean and quiet..the view is amazing great places to eat and just wall the boardwalk to the casinos...great bday weekend..would definitely come back again

The view and stay at Nicholas place was great ! He was very responsive as a host when we had any questions. Did I mention the view from the room right to the beach 10/10. Our only complaint would be the pool not being open, Nicholas does have it mentioned on the listing that it is seasonal we just weren’t sure if May counted as in season, but besides that we would book again in the future!!

Nicholas was an amazing host! His communication prior to arrival was helpful, even letting me know it was ready early and I could check in early. The drains were backed up and I notified him as a courtesy assuming he didn’t know and he immediately sent someone to unclog them, which was unexpected and very much appreciated. He communicated immediately each time I had a question, which was helpful since I locked the only key in my unit and he was able to immediately reply and help me get another one. The view was amazing and it’s right on the boardwalk/beach, walkable to shops, restaurants, casinos and more. I will definitely stay here again if in AC and highly recommend renting from Nicholas!
