Jason and his family were excellent hosts. Great communication before check-in and always on hand to answer any questions throughout my stay. The room also has everything I needed with some very thoughtful touches I did an adventure hike through the rainforest with Jason as my guide, which was absolutely unforgettable and I’d definitely recommend doing this. The area is very secluded but there’s a few small convenience stores selling what you need. I found the local people are amazingly friendly and there’s a great sense of community in this small village. Is definitely recommend visiting this part of Barbados.

Delroy and his family are first class, top of the line hosts who are there when ever you need them. Super awesome people! Their guest house is spacious, clean and very comfortable. The air conditioners look new and are reliable and quiet. The surrounding is tranquil but yet close enough to the waves and the fun in Oistens. One morning we saw about a dozen monkeys having fun in the trees and surroundings while enjoying our morning coffee. Pictures and description are accurate. I would recommend Delroy's 110%. All the amenities of home.

You will have a relaxed pleasant stay at Christine's,,plenty of space outside and in to just chill , enjoy the aromas of garden herbs , the peaceful tranquillity of the garden and the rustic vibe of the interior, with plenty of artefacts ,drums and books to feed your curiosity.

A wonderful surprise! Hussein and Angela are the definition of Superhosts—truly kind, attentive, and welcoming, making us feel at home from the very first moment. They were always helpful and available at any time for anything we needed. Plus, the welcome basket they prepared was such a thoughtful and useful touch for our stay. As for the house, it exceeded our expectations. Everything was impeccably clean, comfortable, and fully functional. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the space is perfect for families, giving kids plenty of room to play and enjoy. The location is also ideal for exploring the island with ease. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Hussein and Angela’s home. More than just accommodation, it was a warm and memorable experience. They left a piece of themselves and the island in our hearts. Thank you so much for everything!

Great stay - incredibly welcoming host who is more than happy to help those staying

The best time was the one with Maureen and her family . They are wonderful persons and they are proactive in supporting and responding to any kind of need you might have . Maureen took several extra miles with me in order to make my staying comfortable and so the ones of other tourists and/or friends visiting the island. As an instance, she offered to pick me up from the airport upon arrival and showing me the nearby so to make me familiar with the area and environment. The neightboor is very calm and welcoming and everybody says "hi" to you and shares very good vibes. Sunshine makes the rest. I believe it is important to mention that I am kind of a careful person in standards , especially with the overall covid situation and so on, and never felt at risk once in a fairly long staying (2 months). The COVID-19 standards in Barbados are higher than those melting under the timid sun of an European summer and, therefore, would you like to get the most out of the numerous opportunities of Barbados while limiting the risks to the minimum, well, Maureen's place is the way to go !

Maria greeted us on arrival and gave us a quick show-round of the premises; she is a friendly and charming host and an absolute pleasure to deal with. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom spacious enough for our needs. The balcony was perfect for those who like to sit and watch the world go by; as well as the local chickens I spotted a monkey and a hummingbird. There is a well-stocked supermarket just around the corner, the beach is at the end of the road, as are bus stops - everything within a two-minute walk. If you're planning on eating out, there are a couple of restaurants locally, otherwise be prepared to hop on one of the many frequent buses up or down the coast Overall, we had a great stay and Maria was a real joy as a host. Would recommend.

Lani and her father Roger host this little cottage in the backyard of Roger's home. Both Lani and her father are such warm and gracious hosts. The cottage is a studio style place with shutters that let the breeze flow through all day. A 2 minute walk to Long Beach and you can hear the ocean from the cottage. The cottage has with basic furnishings but absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bed was also very comfortable. Roger and his two sweet little dogs Bobby and Lucy are about but I still felt like I had plenty of privacy and autonomy. I was there working and kiting so I didn't need to venture far but the location is sub-urban and for most, a car would be desirable. There is a little grocery store not far (and a food truck as well) that is within walking distance although Roger was kind enough to drive me over there on the day I arrived. Because I was working, I also needed good wifi and never had an issue with video calls, etc. Absolutely loved my stay!

I had a really good stay at this place in St. Thomas. Dwight was extremely helpful. The surroundings are beautiful your surrounded by nature. I was able to catch up on so much sleep at this place perfect for a solo traveler who just wants to focus on getting some work done and escaping all the hustle and bustle of the City. I absolutely love this place

Christy, foi uma ótima anfitrião, melhor impossível!!! Nós deixou super a vontade, demonstrou educação, cortesia e foi prestativa em todos os momentos em que foi requisitada. Como certeza ela fez a diferença em nossa viagem, pois seu conhecimento sobre Barbados, praias e história/cultura da região fez por aumentar ainda mais nossa paixão pelo país. Suas instalações são aconchegantes, limpas e simples. Não tem luxo, mas era tudo que precisávamos naqueles momento e por um preço justo. Ela é muito conhecida na região e no bairro, por isso facilitava muito para pegar táxi e informações para retornar ao hotel. O mesmo não fica perto do mar porém ficar perto de tudo com carro, mas não dá pra ir a pé ao centro e nem a praia. Minha avaliação sobre a casa/apto e a anfitrião foi a melhor possível. AMEI!!!!!!!!

Holders House ist ein kleines Paradies, etwas abseits der Küste, aber dadurch sehr entspannend und mit der super Kommunikation, der herlichen Umsorgung von Joan, dem so liebevoll gestalteten Außen- und Innenbereich Urlaubsgenuss pur. Herzlichen Dank Astral, Joan und dem ganzen Team! Ihr habt meinen Barbados-Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht!

Astral, Joan and all the teams warm hospitality was supper accommodating, the quiet and stunning surroundings, and all the thoughtful details made this feel like a traditional home away from home. Can’t wait to return one day to the magic of this special place.

Great location! It was 20 minutes from downtown and popular beaches( we loved Brandon beach), walking distance from local beaches, Supermarket and restaurant. The only drawback for us was that the front room was extremely hot, maybe an extra fan would be helpful. The unit had all the extra things that you needed to make your stay welcoming, from the bottled waters in the fridge and the local treats on the table. Also the additional linen and towels were a plus. We locked the keys in the unit accidentally and the response was immediate, the spare keys were in the lockbox when we arrived back to the unit and a message was sent to my phone. Janelle checked in with me before, during and at the end of my stay. We highly recommend staying at this location.
