Monthly Rentals in Borgo Miriam

We stayed here to escape the British winter and we couldn’t have stayed in a better place to both work from and to discover this wonderful part of Italy. Luciano was on hand via messaging, he gave us gifts, cooked for us, dropped a meal in when I was poorly and was all in all the perfect host…without being intrusive. The apartment is a fabulous size, the beds are comfy and there is plenty of room for two people to work…and also good wifi. There are handy supermarkets within a 5 minute walk and larger ones within a 2 minute drive. We’d recommend you have a car to explore the area fully, but there are also plenty of villages close enough to walk/cycle to. For cycling the area is particularly excellent. We loved our time here. Returning is our priority!

Oriana is a wonderful, kind and helpful hostess. The house is in a very quiet location - perfect for relaxing. Good starting point to explore the beautiful villages, bath in the sea and go hiking. The apartment is very clean and the garden was ideal for our dog. Very good value for money. Thank you for everything, Oriana!

A wonderful apartment in an antique and lovingly renovated building . The apartment is very cozyly furnished and you feel right at home. As someone who has known the area for years, I can say that this is the perfect place if you are looking for a nice place to stay between the sea and the mountains. The location is ideal, and the surrounding area has a lot to offer. The communication with Teresa was great too. She is a very thoughtful and kind host who was always willing to answer questions and give helpful tips.

Comfortable apartment equipped with everything with the added value of a large loft overlooking evocative views of one of the most fascinating, vital and best preserved ancient villages of the Marche, in a strategic position to reach the sea, go to the Sibillini Mountains or visit other hillside villages between Fermo, Ascoli Piceno and the northern part of Abruzzo. The owner was very hospitable and full of helpful tips.
