the warm welcome by the host's parents made the experience 10 ++ When you are looking for a nice house in a beautiful area, you don't have to hesitate. When we left, we saw the nice manager again. She made for a nice end to a perfect stay. Of course, you don't rent for the manager, but if the house is already so nice and the care of the manager so sweet (with complete privacy!) they deserve an honorable mention.

The house has a great view and was very comfortable for our family. We loved hiking in the area, swimming in the pool and winding down. Beautiful Montone is close by and Umbertide with all the necessary shops, a short drive down the hill.

This was our return to Paolo's place after spending 4 days there last March. The location in the olive trees, overlooking the Tiber River valley, is sublime. Paolo and Flora are gracious, kind, and helpful hosts. Paolo was full of great ideas and wonderful stories, and Moti the dog and all the cats were a delight to have around. Paolo made us delicious tiramisu and we had coffee with him and Flora before returning to Perugia, We never want to leave and look forward to coming back again next year, maybe for even more days!
