We had such a good time with the kids in this beautiful house that we were sorry to leave it. Everything was perfectly equipped. We were impressed by the thoughtful and attentive hospitality towards guests. Thank you so much!

Piero was very responsive. The property was very well equipped and located on beautiful land - surrounded by vineyards and open space across a valley. It was centrally located for our daily trips around Umbria and surrounding regions. It was very easy to get there from Rome airport. Loved the ability to buy / taste their wine which was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again in our travels through Italy.

Exquisite host, super helpful and friendly, we had a great time. Spacious, clean apartment with everything Everything necessary for those who want to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner in the apartment. The welcome breakfast basket was very much appreciated. Secluded location in the hills for total relaxation although close to the centers of Pitigliano and Sorano. Carport and beautiful terrace To admire the summer stars immersed in the darkness of the Apennines. The pool was still closed but definitely a plus for the warm season! Highly recommended

Agriturismo Fonte Sala is very well kept up and in a beautiful setting. The apartment is as advertised. Both Lorenzo and Geanina were very helpful. We did have an intermittent issue with wifi, but that was probably due to the heavy rain and wind, as we had some issues with internet access via cellular as well. We would stay here again.

Peaceful retreat, character, and stunning views

We had a great time, typical house on several floors and very nice, very clean and equipped with all comforts, in a great location. Mr. Severino perfect host. Only note: not very suitable for families with small children, given the presence of numerous internal stairs. Highly recommended!

Good week in this house

Antonio is a very nice host who always takes care of the house and his guests. The 4 apartments were very good and also convenient for our group vacation. Parking is more than enough on the property as cars are also mandatory to get to the house. Furthermore, the pool is very good and also very large. Enough space to have fun. Antonio came several times to clean the pool, which was very good. Other shade options such as umbrellas or another pavilion would be good, otherwise you have to take them with you beforehand.

Very nice and well-kept place, the house is in great condition with basic products (shampoo, body soap, salt, etc.) that are very useful. Very kind staff and always available. Located in the greenery and with a large garden and 3 very nice dogs. Great experience

we only stayed one night, we wanted to visit Terni and the waterfalls. So we were only in the house long enough to put down our suitcases and then the night and then we got ready the next morning to check out. In any case, I report: very tidy house with everything you need; clean bathroom and overall very clean villa. The villa is not far from the Basilica of San Valentino while to reach the center of Terni, you need to travel by car. Maurizio is really helpful and friendly, highly recommended accommodation 🤠

We were in Todi for work, but thanks to the beautiful house and Adele's welcome we felt like we were on vacation. Perfect house and clean in every corner even for a large group like ours. A bathroom for each room, spacious rooms and beautiful kitchen! Should we return we will not hesitate to book here, perhaps in summer so as to use the pool!

If you're looking for a place to relax at Reilly's, you've definitely found it. You have a fantastic view over the valley and peace and quiet if you seek it. A house with all the comforts you need to spend carefree days. You can definitely find good food in Montefalco and good wine and excellent olive oil as well. Aure and Max welcomed us very warmly. The beautiful property invites you to relax through the old olive trees. We were particularly pleased that we were allowed to use the vegetable garden created by Aure and Max. It is very quiet and the accommodation is divided in such a way that we were allowed to use one half of the garden alone and privately. The interiors had everything we needed. Within walking distance is the campsite in the neighborhood. There is a beautiful beach and lake access here. Everything else is easily accessible by car. Aure gave us a lot of recommendations as a guide and there were also some interesting books about Rome and the Bracciano area at the property. The only suggestion for improvement would be the water supply. Overall, we were very satisfied and had a relaxed and great time with Aure and Max. We will come back very gladly!!

Giuseppe's place is great for people who want to visit Rome. It is also very affordable, clean and the neighborhood has an Italian charm. I drive into Rome with a car everyday to visit the city and it worked well.

Staying in Gabriella and Luca's farmhouse was like a breath of fresh air! We were greeted by Luca, very kind, who provided us with very clear directions on the area. But even before our arrival we received precise and detailed directions on how to get to the farmhouse. The place is wonderful and the surroundings are beautiful. The house is very well kept, as well as the antique and valuable furniture that we greatly appreciated. We would have liked to stay more than two days, but surely, when we return to the area, the farmhouse will be our first choice. Thanks again to Gabriella and Luca!

We stayed for 15 days in this rental, we were 2 adults and two children (one wheelchair child). Easy access , private parking. The apartment was as described . The view was beautiful in the countryside as we like. The garden was flat so armchair accessible, the pool was excellent whether it was the cleanliness and temperature of the water. The apartment was as in the listing it is small but enough for four people the bedding was comfortable and the linen very clean. We arrived with the language barrier but Olivia was there she was very welcoming, available and responsive. We appreciated her kindness too and her small gifts (small desserts , vegetables from her production and homemade bread). She was also able to be present for our ZTL area concerns in Rome and make the calls for us. We appreciated Madeleine's kindness the housekeeper. Recommended ++it was beautiful

Giorgio's house was perfect for us. Working remotely during the week, we could enjoy the beautiful nearby attractions and eat deliciously in the many restaurants available in the region. And on weekends we spent in Rome, where you can get there by train for €1, and on Saturday and Sunday the parking at the station is practically empty and free. The layout is excellent. We lived very comfortably in the house. We highly recommend it ☺️

This villa is truly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the past 15 years! Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect - easy to reach from Rome airport with a swift 90-minute drive - and the view is simply breathtaking. We were greeted with chocolates and the house itself is well equipped, with every amenity you could need. The fenced-in area added a sense of privacy and security, perfect for families/pets or just enjoying some peaceful outdoor time. The decor and layout of the villa made it feel both luxurious and homely. Floriana was an exceptional host, always responsive and ready to help with anything we needed. She offered fantastic local recommendations, including private cooking class/private chef. Her local insights and care truly enhanced our stay. We’re already planning our return and can’t recommend this villa enough! If you’re looking for a beautiful escape with stunning views and a top-notch experience, this is the place.
