Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Blue Springs

Great hosts and stay overall. There was a blizzard and hosts ensured snow was shoveled and salt put down to avoid slipping. They even helped to shovel out our car. Apartment was clean and bright with lots of amenities (shampoo/conditioner/facial wipe/etc; tissues in every room; snacks in bathroom). As noted in info, there is no oven but there is a one-burner hot plate. We were 3 and found eating together tricky as there were only 2 chairs around the small kitchen table so we resorted to sitting around the coffee table, criss-cross applesauce. Great neighborhood with lots to walk to. 

The place was clean. the floor plan was perfect! Fred's place architecturally is pleasant and well organized. We felt being at home. Fred is kind and great comunicator. Thank you Fred for letting us to stay at your place.

After contemplating getting a hotel downtown, I also compared rates to Airbnb’s in the surrounding area. I’m so glad I did. Not only was it more affordable, it gave me just enough distance from the crowd, while still being close and accessible to eateries, shops, streetcar transportation, available and free parking, local sites and freeways and highways. Directions for checking in and getting inside were simple. The place was so comfy and I felt at home. It made me love KC even more. The building was quiet and I felt safe as a solo traveler. When I didn’t feel like being out in the cold, having access to Netflix to binge shows on the couch was a welcomed treat. Just a couple blocks away were the best coffee shop, pizza and ice cream that I had in the city. And when I was done eating, I could jump onto the streetcar just meters away to head downtown. Lacie was very responsive, accommodating and offered recommendations. This made my experience FIVE STARS!

Savannah’s place was exactly as described, very clean and well appointed. The layout couldn’t have been better; we were two couples traveling together, from Sth Central Texas, to attend the Texans @ Chiefs NFL game. The location of her luxury condo was perfect for us to easily navigate to GEHA Stadium, restaurants, and the Hallmark Christmas Experience. The building security lady, Leslie, was an absolute doll; she went above and beyond by answering all of my onsite inquiries, I left her a Thank You note and cookies :) Thank you for loaning us a place to call home! I hope you have a very merry Christmas Savannah!

Place was wonderful! Easy to get to, beautiful views and hosts were very communicative. The parking garage does have low clearance, so if you have a truck you will NOT be able park in the garage. It was a great place to stay!

Love this unique place. The food options are such a great bonus with the nearby sports bar and cafe. Love the town and the lake is gorgeous.

Chris's place is a hidden gem. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Close to downtown but in a quiet and mostly industrial neighborhood. Chris was super responsive to our questions, too. Would highly recommend.

We love this little apartment in Bates City It is close to family! The apartment is cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to be able to cook! The beds were comfortable and clean. Started snowing while we were there and I had the best view from the kitchen window!! Karen and Weston were quick to respond when I had questions We will be back

We have stayed at the Orange Door many times. It is a walkable distance to downtown Parkville. The location is great for day trips into Kansas City to visit museums, memorials, or just enjoy the parks. We have also taken day trips to places an hour away, knowing we had a place to return. English Landing Park is a few blocks away and a great place to walk, run, or just go for a stroll. We also frequent Parkville Coffee House. Bill has clear instructions, is friendly, responsive, and makes us feel right at home. He was helpful during our first couple of visits providing ideas for places to eat and things to do and see. We have not needed suggestions as much on our most recent visits. We will surely try to book a reservation at the Orange Door House the next time we visit the area.

Place was warm and cozy on inside. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Comfortable bed. Train tracks at edge of backyard may cause issues if you are a light sleeper.

Loved staying here! Just like the advertisement says, you can hear some movement upstairs. For us, it was no big deal and the noise was similar to living in an apartment with no late-night or early-morning noise. The appliances were modern, the space was plentiful, and the king bed was incredibly comfortable! We definitely plan to stay here again when we head back that way.

We stayed at Tiffany’s over New Years 2024-2025 to be close to family. Tiffany was very responsive and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. Our family of four was very comfortable.

Patrick is a fabulous host and was incredibly helpful with grocery and other neighborhood recommendations! His home is clean, cozy and comfortable and we would absolutely stay here again without reservation. My daughter and I felt safe in the neighborhood, and the off-street parking was a great plus. Our visit coincided with the largest blizzard to hit Kansas City in years, and Patrick checked in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed to endure the storm. Thank you Patrick!

Kristen’s home was amazing to stay at. It was so homey, stocked with everyday essentials and games and even a Christmas tree up! She gave instructions on how to use amenities on the outside patio, was flexible with extra guests visiting and was super quick to respond with communication. We will be trying to book this place every year!

Regi’s home felt like my own. It was a cozy little house, and I would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend it to anyone else looking for a place to stay. It was next to the highway so it had easy access to get around the city with little to no noise at night, all in all I got a great night sleep!

We had an overall great stay. There are just a few things I wish I'd been better prepared for, which are outlined in the 'cons' below. Pros: Very clean, aesthetically pleasing, quiet, comfortable, and spacious. Plenty of blankets and pillows for the five of us. Kid-friendly amenities. Cons: No room-darkening blinds and the area is very well-lit 24/7. Kitchen only contains the very basics - no kitchen hand towel, cooking oil/spray, or spatula for flipping eggs (just stirring spatulas). The location didn't feel entirely unsafe but we hoped for and expected a little nicer of a neighborhood.

The space was clean and perfect for a getaway for a couple! Really close to entertainment, restaurants and bars but not necessarily walkable if weather is tough. We enjoyed the large fridge, equipped kitchen, large smart tv, and the air purifier. It really made the space comfortable! We would stay again for sure.

Great place… exactly as described. Centrally located, warm, spotlessly clean and everything you could want… including good WiFi, and TV… pretty much a home from home. Would 100% stay again and have already recommended to my son who lives locally in the event he has other guests that need a place to stay.
