Great place! Very cozy and the kitchen was well-stocked.

We had a weekend get together with somebody coming from the Twin Cities, Janesville and Sioux City….Cedar Falls was right in the middle. The house provided lots of visiting space and great amenities. It was a little too brisk to be out on the patio around a fire at night but as the house is located right on a river that would be perfect too. Loved having the shuffleboard, foosball and beanbag games as well. Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

The space was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we needed. We especially loved the cozy living area and the fully equipped kitchen. our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We’re definitely looking forward to returning in the future.

This was my first time visiting Iowa. The visit was on a sad occasion. Jamie's place was so beautiful and peaceful. So much so that my fiancee and are planning a happier occasion trip here solely because of Jamie's place. Great job don't change a thing.

First time in Cedar Falls. Great town. The house is close enough to walk to downtown and most places have outside seating so there’s plenty of places to bring your pup. Our dog loves it. Great yard for a dog!

Awesome house. Super clean and plenty of space. Loved the location. We fished on the river and had great weekend. Definitely would go again. Only negative were the mosquitos. But that’s expected when you’re next to the river. Nonetheless l, highly recommend. 5/5

Really nice place to stay.

Place was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. Everything was provided including welcome snacks which were very much appreciated after several hours in the car :) Would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to friends & family!!

Nice downtown location with easy access to cedar valley nature trail. Special touch was the shower supplies and chocolates. Would stay here again.

It was ok but for a place that doesn’t have a stove and the tv stayed on a low volume whole time can’t turn it up so I could barely watch tv for all that it was pricey but other than that the place is wonderful

Absolutely loved this beautiful apartment. The location is ideal to explore the cedar falls downtown, you can literally walk everywhere. It’s beautiful inside, so clean and so lovely for enjoying time together. On weekends you can hear folks gathering and enjoying the night life (which is part of what we enjoyed) but for someone looking for complete silence, probably not the place for you. Entering and exiting was so easy with provided codes. Beds are very comfortable too. So much better than a typical hotel experience, we loved it! This is on our list of places to stay again, for a small girls weekend, it’s so perfect! A great experience.

I had a great stay. The room was exactly as described and it was a good location for the hospital I was studying at. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is a stove and washer and dryer downstairs that are available to use. Except for 2 moments (in the month I was there), the neighbors are quiet and friendly. I would recommend staying here if you need a place. My only complaint was that I couldn't open my window because people were always smoking outside of it and the smoke would come into my room. Inside of the building is smoke free though and I understand that you can't control people outside of the building. Anyway, I had a great stay and if I'm ever back in town I'll probably stay here again!

It was a nice quiet stay. The space was cozy , but not overcrowded. It had the basic amenities. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

We greatly enjoyed our stay while visiting Vinton for our granddaughter’s 1st birthday. The place is nicely decorated, well appointed and comfortable. Mike is responsive and helpful. We’d definitely stay again!

This was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in Waverly. The home was clear and pleasant to stay at. Close to downtown and far enough away for peace and quiet. Would stay again and recommend!
