Great Airbnb, definitely would recommend the kitchen has everything you need, the beds we’re comfortable the washer and dryer work perfectly and the beautiful big back yard was amazing!

Staying with Nancy at her farm was an experience, it wasn’t a stay. I got to interact with animals and meet extraordinary people. Her place is remarkably well groomed. She never stops cleaning and maintaining the property and animals. She is always there to help and answer questions but is never obtrusive. I booked for a month and extended it to three months. It felt like home and I just couldn’t leave. It was a perfect stay! I plan to return again and again!

Great value for the price. The hosts went out of their way to allow late check-out so I could take work calls. I made several communications and requests, and they were immediately responsive, while making generous accommodations! There are a couple quirks to be aware of - a slight funky smell, and there are only windows out the living room (none in kitchen, bedroom, or bathroom) - but the place is well-designed such that the lighting is well done, and it made for great sleep in the dark! One of the sets of blinds is broken so that lets less light in. Red Bluff is also a slightly sketchy city *as a whole* (for example, I couldn't walk the river park because it was filled with homeless tents). But everything was fine & safe about my stay. Every bit of this of this was vastly worth the value in order to stay in a place alone - it is a rare find, and I extended it several times. *Very* low cost for a 1br/1ba. And there were snacks :-) I would recommend it and stay again! Thank you!!!

Judy and Pete were great to work with. The location and setup of the guest house were perfect for our stay. Loved the surroundings and the jackrabbits. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
