Monthly Rentals in Berkeley

Very quaint and clean. Beautiful and inviting grounds. Close to amenities. Loved the opening windows on all four sides. Easy and convenient access. Loved the attached laundry facilities. HIGHLY recommend this little gem!

Tomás's apartment is a gem. Strategically located high in the Berkeley hills, you are close to Tilden Park, Lawrence Hall of Science, and the UCB botanic garden. The downstairs is cozy, with a super comfortable bed and great shower. The upstairs is a beautiful space, bright and open. The pictures are accurate, what they don't show is that the view from the windows is a million shades of green. There are even a few sliver views of the Bay and Berkeley below. One feature we really appreciated was the two identical desk spaces, which are facing southwest. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked, everything we needed was right where it should be. We will definitely try to rent this apartment again the next time we are in Berkeley. Tomás is indeed a super host.

It was my fourth time staying at the Oak’s Nest, and it was just as excellent as the first. Sarah and Darrell are the best hosts I’ve ever had, and in a place as gorgeous as theirs, it’s hard to resist coming back. Can’t recommend it enough!

We enjoyed our stay at this cottage and it had all the necessary furniture and facilities to make it very comfortable for a few weeks, with natural lighting being a big plus
