Everything was great. The place was very comfortable and well maintained. Nice neighborhood and easy to get to local stores and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice clean place to stay

Very pleasant stay over Thanksgiving while visiting family. Quiet, peaceful lake setting (even though it was very cold out and no swimming in the lake at 20 degrees!).. It was a good place to rest after the noise and activity of our large family 3 day gathering!

Melody was a great host! She was always responsive and proactive to make sure we arrived with no problems upon check in! Her home is not only dog tolerated but dog friendly! Upon entering you are greeted with a wall for all the dogs that have been welcomed there and towels for their paws by the doors. She provides food and water dishes and a dog mat to put the water on so for no water dribbles. The privacy fence was perfect for our four legged family members! Her home was cozy and had games to play for quiet evenings! Her home was spotless and had all amenities you could need! Would recommend and will be staying next time we are in town!

The house met our expectations and provided a clean and comfortable feeling to our stay. The check in and check out process was easy to follow and clearly communicated to us by the host. Would highly recommend this property if you are staying in the area.

Our extended family spend Thanksgiving at the home. If was a wonderful venue, spacious and comfortable. There was plenty space for my three grandchildren to play indoors. It should be amazing in the summer! Kate was wonderful - she and the couple who manages the property for Kate was flexible in regard to our needs with check in and check out. Also, our first evening, the day before Thanksgiving we discover that the microwave was not working. So, in spite of it being Thanksgiving, and us being willing to wait till Black Friday, Kate had the microwave replace on the holiday. Kate wanted to make sure that we were comfortable. The couple who manages the property for Kate was extremely friendly, responded almost immediately.

We needed a gathering place for 6 family members visiting from multiple states. Once we saw this home we knew it was the right spot! Each room had a story to tell and it was difficult to decide which was the best morning coffee spot. So many places to kick back and relax. The larger living space was perfect for evening family discussions and morning time watching the swans. We will definitely be back!

My family was in South Bend for a football game and this was the perfect place to stay. Easy to get around and close to everything. The house is on the older side but everything was clean and well kept. I was pleasantly surprised that seven people were able to shower and we still had hot water! Overall a great find, especially for the price.

The house is beatiful with everything you need. Erika is a very good hostess.

Mark helped us from beginning to end. We plan on staying there every time we are in the area. It was the perfect overnight stay with the beautiful river right behind the Air B and B. It was very clean, warm and cozy.

I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment we booked, the hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. The home itself is well-decorated, clean, and equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The attention to detail in every room made our stay feel luxurious and cozy. We particularly appreciated the little touches that made us feel right at home, like the fully stocked kitchen and the plush, comfortable bedding. Overall, this Airbnb stay exceeded all our expectations. The hosts' hospitality and the lovely home made for a memorable and relaxing experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Guest House. We were in for a very quick trip (for an athletic event), so we didn't get to walk around at all or enjoy the local restaurants or shops, but we decided that if we return next year, we will try to make a longer trip out of it because the area is really cute! Charlene's place was very clean and comfortable. I appreciated the ability to modify the temp setting on the AC/Heat and the constant fan was nice! I also appreciated the coffee (w/ creamer!) and teas available, as it's nice to enjoy a hot cuppa when it's chilly outside. The bed was very comfortable as well.

I had a great stay at this property in downtown! The location is fantastic—close to everything and just a short distance from a beautiful lake, which was perfect for relaxing walks. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, exactly as described. The host was excellent, always quick to respond and very helpful throughout the stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area!

The condo was just as described. Nicely decorated and very comfortable furniture in both living room and bedroom. It had very easy access to the water. It was pretty quiet since we were there Thursday to Saturday, not the full weekend, which we liked. Condos have shared walls so always a bit of “neighbor noise” just due to proximity, but honestly it was minimal. We had neighbors on both sides above and only heard minimal noise in the mornings. There is also ready access to charging which was great given we have an electric car.

We enjoyed our stay so much! I would absolutely come back! Everything was so clean & neat. Communication was clear & timely. This is an adorable, peaceful place to stay & I look forward to staying again! Brenda Jones

We had a wonderful and very relaxing weekend in Culver on Lake Maxinkuckee. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the condo had great views both from our little private deck and from the big common area just a short walk away. There were plenty of chairs and loungers available . We went to the Farmers Market on Saturday at the park and ate at several of the restaurants downtown over the course of the weekend. This is just a perfect little getaway destination.

This is a lovely condo with a beautiful view of the lake. It was clean and comfortable and within walking distance of the restaurants and the town park. The host was very supportive. She checked in with me and offered help if I needed it.

Jennifer was super responsive and easy to deal with! The unit was just as described and the location was top notch - easy to get to restaurants and shops nearby! The view of the lake was great. Also, very easy and non-hassle check in and check out! Would definitely stay here again!
