The apartment has a great location and the amenities are perfect, it has everything you need. Especially the tranquility in the house and on the terrace were very pleasant, if you need a break from the bustling city. Nicoleta gave us very good restaurant tips and answered questions immediately. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

David’s place was very nice and clean. It’s in a great location for walk ability to all the major attractions and “hot” spots. Also very close to the train station which is a very big plus if you are traveling by train. We had a slight hiccup with the AC but David was very responsive and had the issue fixed super fast! He was also very quick to respond if I had concerns or questions! Would stay again!

House in an excellent location for access to the slopes and other activities and shops. Clean, comfortable and warm home. I would not hesitate to book the apartment for a new stay in the area. Thank you

This place is incredible. Two floors of lovely, classy, clean apartment space with plenty of room for everyone. The upstairs terrace is incredible. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Incredibly clean. It would be easy to spend a season here. And bonus! Not only a washing machine, but a dryer, too! Alessandro was very welcoming and helpful. It felt like an old friend excited to share his place with us and all the amazing things we could do there. Restaurant recommendations were spot-on. Thank you!!!!

We were on a family vacation. The location of the apartment is ideal for exploring Tuscany. The area has two apartments and a warehouse or plant where they process their own olive production. Their olive oil is very delicious, we bought them. David welcomed us, he was very nice friendly, showed us everything and we could have called if there was anything wrong but we didn't. We felt great.

We had a great time at Teneil's apartment. Everything was perfectly clean, well-equipped and as described. The apartment is well located for visiting the Tuscan villages, as well as Pisa and Florence. Teneil is a remarkable host, very welcoming and attentive, with easy and fast communication. We'll be back with pleasure during our next visit. Once again, thank you for everything!

The location of the property, a short distance from the center of Florence, makes it particularly suitable for romantic stays and for those who want to explore the city without sacrificing comfort and tranquility. Beautiful house, with the charm of the old and a breathtaking view. The garden and pool are very well maintained and it feels good. Other people may also be on site, as the house is separated into several parts. On our side, we had no issues with the neighbors, and the place is big enough to have its own space. Communication with Barbara was great, she provided us with all the information we needed and responded promptly. Arriving by car is not that complicated, just make sure the GPS avoids a closed road. We followed Barbara's instructions and everything went well. All in all, this house allowed us to have a good time, to relax during our holidays, and its authentic charm caused a few touches of nostalgia.

This is a fantastic location for those driving into Lucca. Parking is easily accessible just outside the ZTL but still within the city walls, making it a short and convenient walk to the house with luggage. While many reviews mention it, it’s worth emphasizing—this place is exceptionally spacious. It’s at least twice the size of other rentals we’ve stayed in that were described as “spacious,” which was a wonderful surprise not fully apparent from the photos. The extra room made it much easier to relax. We arrived on a cold evening to find the heat already on, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The host provided extra towels, body wash, shampoo, and excellent hot water pressure. Beds are comfortable. We enjoyed having a radio and desks in the living area. The WiFi worked well. Communication was great, and check-in and check-out were simple. I would absolutely stay here again.

Convenient location for those who love tranquility and want to visit Florence and its surroundings. The house is spacious and equipped with all the comforts, including the garden, ideal for those who, like us, have a dog. To reach Florence there is the possibility to leave the car in a convenient free parking lot (about 15 minutes drive from the house) and take the tram. With €1.70 and another 15 minutes you can reach the center. Massimo was kind, helpful and above all understanding when we had to anticipate the departure by a day due to a serious setback.

Very good stay in this super nice Villa, calm and close to Siena. We recommend this place for sure ! Small very cool extra, the property cat is really nice and friendly and pass-by to say Hi in the evening or morning !

One of my favorite AirBNB experiences. Marco and Lorenzo were wonderful hosts - Lorenzo met us at the door and showed us around. We had a lovely bottle of wine and snacks as a welcome gift. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room quite large. The 2 bathrooms were a godsend, as I was traveling with my 18 year old niece, and she definitely enjoyed the privacy. We made good use of the washer and dryer, as we were halfway theough a 2 week trip. I loved every bit of my stay - not one thing I would change. Simply wonderful!

Super place, even nicer than the pictures and with very warm and helpful hosts :) The stately property is beautifully located with many animals and magnificent views over the plain. The whole Casentino Valley can be easily reached by bike, train or car. It was particularly friendly for us to receive support from the hosts on arrival and departure by train and to be provided with bicycles for local activities. Unfortunately, the weather was not so good at the beginning of May, but otherwise everything was just beautiful! Thank you!

This apartment is so perfect for travelling around Italy. Close to the Tower (10-15 min walk) and close to some amazing eating places! We walked to the Pisa Central Station every day and went to many different towns/cities. Lucca was amazing and so was Florence. Viareggio was charming seaside town as well!! All affordable as well by train. We will definitely return x

Alessandra’s place was awesome. We did a full week in Florence and loved our stay in this Airbnb. The apartment was clean, great location, and had everything as described… including an amazing terrace with an awesome view. Alessandra was so helpful and responsive with anything we needed, she even gave us a map and walked us through a bunch of different places and things to do when we first got there! We are pretty active/fit, so the stairs weren’t a problem at all… but there are a few stairs to get to the amazing apartment with nice views! Bring your walking shoes haha! Overall we had amazing time and would recommend this to any and everyone.

First I would like to extend my thank you for Rachele and Sabina We requested and early check in so that we can park our car in La Spezia whilst we explored Cinque Terre. She didn't have to but has been extremely accommodating. Moreover, she stayed to ensure we're fine, had all the patience to explain everything So by the time we came back, they had kindly took our luggage upstairs. on the next day, we asked for delayed checkout and Rachele even took the rubbish from our hands to help us and offered us to let our car park there (our flight wasn't till late) so that we can go exploring! I would give 10 stars as they had exceptional customer service. Flat was clean and had beautiful views Thank you again for hosting us

Alessandra is a super host, very responsive (on arrival the husband came and picked us up from the airport). Although it is a location close to the center, you can enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.

Our first trip to Europe! The condo was clean, and close enough to walk to everything we wanted. One thing you should know, you need to be able to climb 22 steps before arriving at an elevator. Not a problem for us, but others should know. Thanks for making our trip memorable!
