Maria’s villa was perfect for our trip to FSU Parent Weekend. It was a quiet, relaxing area with local restaurants and shops, and just 30 minutes from college town. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Casey's home. It was conveniently located to FSU and local restaurants shopping. The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries for the weekend. The pool was a plus! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

We had a fabulous stay at your property in Havana, FL. We hosted friends and family as we celebrated my daughter's graduation from college. The home had amazing character and was very comfortable for our 8 adults. The screened porch and pool was a hit. We did not get a chance to take advantage of the firepit and hot tub but maybe next time. Martha also helped us find rentals for table and chairs for a dinner we hosted. They made out stay stress-free considering we drove from Missouri City, TX. That again for a beautiful home!

Had a great time! Perfect spot to fish lake Seminole… plan to return soon. Host Judy was responsive and helpful.

Great home for our family with small children! There were games and a fenced in backyard, and the kids enjoyed the bunk bed. Plenty of space for everyone!

Beautiful spacious clean home. Access to backyard only through front door. Hot tub and pool great feature, however we did not use it.

We drive down to spend Easter with our son who’s at FSU. The house was perfect for our gathering. Nice neighborhood and beautiful back yard. Gregg was friendly and responsive. Would stay here again!

Had a great weekend w family. Very clean, nicely designed roomy house in a good neighborhood. Great living area w room for everyone. We were a party of 9 and the layout gave enough room for everyone. Would stay again. 7 min drive to FSU. Jeremane was very helpful and responded quickly.

The host was so friendly, welcoming, and a fantastic communicator. We were welcomed by the scent of confederate jasmine growing along the fence when we arrived, a personal favorite of mine. The home had ample parking for our large family, was easy to get into, and had tons of space. We loved that it felt secluded. Birdwatching while sipping our morning coffee on the deck was a perfect start to the day. The kids loved that it had a sparkling pool with tons of pool toys. Our beds were super comfy and the bedrooms were beautifully decorated. We would certainly stay again!

We had a fantastic time celebrating my daughter's graduation from Florida Mechanical & Agricultural University (FAMU)! The accommodations offered were more than adequate. We were able to spread out just like we do at home. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable!

This was such a charming and enchanting place. My nephew Who is 5 talked about staying here until he went to sleep last night. They have made the upstairs for kids and have a boy’s room and girl’s room. They have a nice pool and fire pit where we enjoyed beautiful days by the pool and nice nights by the fire. It is only a short drive to downtown Thomasville. My family and I enjoyed every minute while staying here. Thank you so much!! Karen Hill

We stayed at The Q'Wack Shack for a quick weekend getaway from Jacksonville, FL. We decided our location solely based on what we could get a waterfront stay for a reasonable price. We enjoyed our time so much. The view was amazing, the house is stocked well. Desta was very helpful with recommendations. Thanks again for everything.

The house was exactly as described - everything was clean and in good shape. Amber was very responsive to a problem we had with the dishwasher and got it working right away. Our group was very happy with our stay here.

Great price for the money, particular for dog owners. Henry was very responsive even on a holiday weekend. Plenty of space, comfortable, quiet safe neighborhood, good internet speeds. Loved being close to FSU for our student. Starting to show wear due to consistent rentals but overall great.

I’m beyond grateful to Rachel for the amazing communication, rapid response and flexibility. She went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Her place is beautiful, clean, cozy, with all the amenities, exactly what we needed. Everything went as planned, she always responded within the hour. When I had a last minute change of plans, she was so gracious to accommodate our request. There’s a reason why she is a “guest’s favorite”. She truly is trust worthy.
