Vacation rentals with a patio in Bahía de Banderas

Fabiola’s place was beautiful, very modern, clean with a great pool. Fabiola and Jesús had great communication, were extremely accommodating and prompt with responses. The location is very central and walkable to amenities, it is worth noting it is on the corner of a busy street. The street noise carried heavily into the unit and as we travelled with our baby, we did find it difficult to settle her for naps and bedtime due to the noise. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend the unit if noise is not a concern for you.

Very cozy place; it is close to many beautiful beaches and has everything you need, it doesn't ask a hotel for anything.

Everything was so perfect, walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The rooftop with the pool was amazing. Front desk was very helpful. I definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. ❤️

Great little place for a short stay! There’s a little hill, but if you’ve been to the eastern part of 5 de diciembre or Gringo Gulch in Puerto Vallarta, this is way easier to get up, though, if you have true mobility problems, it’s not the place for you. Very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen if you’re cooking. The air conditioning is super powerful. Conveniently located near the shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the bus station. We’d definitely stay here again for a weekend trip to Sayulita.

Excellent accommodation for 2 people. Very comfortable, clean and well stocked. We always felt very safe. The owner was very responsive to our questions, requests. Excellent rooftop patio with excellent bar-b-que - lots of room to sit and large table for eating. The only negative about the unit was the noise from the highway (which we got used to) and the restaurant across the street that played music until all hours of the morning. However, the bedroom was towards the back of the unit so the music did not disturb our sleep but earplugs would help if you’re a light sleeper. All in all we really enjoyed our stay there!

An excellent place, very nice, private, it is ideal for resting, the other apartments were reserved by very quiet people. Having access to the restaurant of the place while you meet Bucerias helps you a lot! The apartment is super equipped, very comfortable and has everything you need to think about living there for an extended time. It is very close to the beach and close to supermarkets. They give you the best tips and recommendations of the place. Beach umbrellas, towels and chairs lend you to make your stay as easy as possible! We stay with our pet and an infant. Thank you Tom and Felipe for being great hosts !

We stayed here for a month in Jan 2025 and everything was great! The gated community is very safe, lots of families and parks. There was an outdoor gym a couple blocks away and a Soriana grocery store right outside the main gate to buy food, water, cleaning supplies etc. The security keeps a photo ID of all guests entering the gate but they were fine with our Costco card. Easy to call an Uber and we even ordered Amazon. The water truck refilled our giant jug twice a week and it was only 40 pesos. Sophia decorated the place really nice and we loved the little garden patio out back. She was very nice and responsive. This is one of the best houses we’ve ever stayed at in Mexico! Very quiet, never heard our neighbours. Air conditioning in each room was great, and we could sign into our Netflix account on the tv. Lots of hot water and pretty good internet connection. We swept and mopped every other day and kept our compost in the freezer so bugs weren’t an issue. Highly recommend this place

We all thought that Rain's place was perfect for our family of 8. We loved the private pool and the roof top patio was also a big hit. It is located exactly as described and only a few short minutes from a beautiful beach and local shops. If returning to the area we would definitely happily rent again.

This house is spacious, quiet and beautiful. Simple furniture, lots of outdoor space options including the paved/gated driveway if you have kids that want to run around. Pool is a little chilly but we liked that since it’s so hot out! The house is like two apartments stacked with one bedroom + small bunk room down and another bedroom upstairs. A little tricky if you have multiple small kids, but we made it work and the location and space makes it so worth it. Chris the property manager was great, communicative all through our stay and he lives next door. This place is uphill behind downtown Sayulita and it’s a 10 minute walk. For adults and older kids easy, we had smaller kids and ended up renting a golf cart and it was perfect. House is gated and felt super safe. Laundromat and convenience store right down the road. Kitchen both upstairs and down with full fridges. Large bottled water provided!Could use some better knives (we cooked quite a bit). Would stay again for sure!

This home is in a gated community of 7 homes. It felt very safe, and the neighbours were friendly. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants and the beach (10 to 15 minutes to the beach) but as a result seems much quieter than if you were closer in. There were good restaurant suggestions in the welcome book (but the book is a bit old with some info and could use some updates), and there was a couple in the community (Paige and Kaleb) that assist with any issues and were very helpful with information on things to do, cab costs, beach spots, walks, etc....Thanks Paige and Kaleb!! Brandi, the host, sent us some welcome info on a couple of local events (the Tuesday market, a turtle release, etc) without any prompting from us, so that was a nice touch. The Casa is big, clean, and a lovely spot to relax on your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, even with some spices and condiments, there was a big jar of complimentary coffee! We would gladly stay here again.

We loved our stay at Casa Cascada! Perfect in every way. North end of town quieter but easily walkable to Sayulita center. Jennifer was very responsive and fantastic host. Beds comfy, house clean and close to beach, impeccable design and funnest town ever😊 we will be back!

It was very satisfactory, my experience of staying in Javier's house, easy access to the main avenue of Puerto Vallarta, as well as in the shopping centers and supermarkets, it is also close to the airport and since my stay was for work, the location was fully functional, as well as the amenities like the Wi-Fi that worked perfectly.

Beautiful space and great host. The home and furniture have a very thoughtful design and felt comfortable. Jonathan was very accommodating and gave us a thorough list of tips/recommendations, in addition to allowing us to check in early after a morning flight. Highly recommend!

A great spot for a family or friends. Lots of space, with everything you need. Even down to the spices in the kitchen :) Waking up to the sounds and sights of the ocean was amazing… and having a large outdoor space that over looks the pool was fantastic Kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach towels, a couple of beach chairs and a boogie board, too. Highly recommend this spot if Punta de Mita is your spot.

A very nice place, the pool is a bit smaller than what is perceived in the photos. A pleasant experience!

Great place, great location.

Great apartment with excellent view and proximity to the pool and beach; very well equipped, including grill, glasses and glasses of all kinds and more...the set is very nice and the common areas are very worth it. It is a great option in Nuevo Vallarta!!! Mariana was very attentive all the time with immediate responses.

The apartment is located right next to the par three Vidanta’s golf course. The view is great and having access to Vidanta and Gran Mayan is a plus. A minor disappointment was lack of toiletries and kitchen basics such sugar, salt, napkins, cooking oil, extra toilet paper, drinking water. The front desk can send garrafons of water but for some reason, two times in 7 days they were out of them. The pool and gardens of “Balancan” are great. The front desk provides towels for the pool. It was relaxing to use the condo pool. There is a great selection of restaurants less than 10 mins from the apartment. Guillermo was of great help and very kind. The personnel at Balancan deserves also mention as all of them were helpful and polite. I would return.

Very nice place, good communication with Miguel, without a doubt, the view was the best. The only thing that could be improved, but that has nothing to do with the host are the amenities of the place, since there is no where to buy coffee until after 9 am and to go looking, you have to handle. Just like in the restaurant, they had no gas one day so only cold food and they ran out of crowns too.. I wouldn't hesitate to come back :)
